Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of quality of work life and stress on job performance of members of the Indonesian National Police Headquarters. This study uses quantitative methods, there is a positive and significant influence between work life quality variables on job performance in employees of the Indonesian National Police Headquarters in the "post" Pandemic period. Especially in the dimensions of work involvement and behavior. There is a positive influence or significance between stress variables on job performance in employees of the Indonesian National Police Headquarters in the "post" Pandemic period. Especially in the dimensions of perceived distress and managerial. The results of this study reveal that the quality of work life affects work performance with the value of the simple linear regression test results of the quality of work life variable on work performance with a tcount value of 13,233 and a significance of 0.00. The results of this study can be concluded that the quality of work life and stress simultaneously affect work performance, where the results of the F test value show that the fcount value is 102.574 Ftable 3.05, that is, if the quality of work life and stress variables increase, it will increase work performance by 102.574. Keywords: quality of work life, stress, work performance Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan stres terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Markas Besar Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikansi antara variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pada pegawai Markas Besar Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia di masa “pasca” Pandemi. Terutama terdapat di dimensi keterlibatan kerja dan behavior. Terdapat pengaruh positif atau signifikansi antara variabel stres terhadap prestasi kerja pada pegawai pegawai Markas Besar Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia di masa “pasca” Pandemi. Terutama terdapat di dimensi perceived distres dan manajerial. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai hasil uji regresi linear sederhana variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai thitung 13.233 dan signifikan sebesar 0,00. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dibuat kesimpulan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja dan stres berpengaruh secara simultan terharap prestasi kerja, di mana hasil nilai dari uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai fhitung sebesar 102,574 Ftabel 3,05, yaitu jika variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja dan stres mengalami kenaikan maka akan meningkatkan prestasi kerja sebesar 102,574.
