Abstract

The increasing frequency of train travel at the level crossing of KH Maulana Hasanudin road, causing more frequent closure of crossing doors that affect the length of time delay, at the same time the volume of high road traffic and lack of road capacity cause long queues at the closing of crossing doors that will directly affect road performance. An analysis of the effect of level crossings on road performance due to congestion is needed. In determining the capacity of road sections used MKJI 1997 Method as a guideline for determining road performance, as well as analyzing the relationship between volume, speed, and density used greenshields model, then to analyze the queue length, delay, and normalization time used shock wave method. The results of this study indicate that the effect of level railroad crossings and road narrowing affect road performance, queue lengths and delays that occur on KH Maulana Hasanudin road. The performance of the KH Maulana Hasanudin road section before the northbound crossing during the busy morning, afternoon and evening respectively shows a V/C value of 0.6490; 0.4642; 0.5038 with LOS C; C; C. And the performance of the KH Maulana Hasanudin road section before the southbound crossing during the busy times of the morning, afternoon and evening respectively shows a V/C value of 0.3221; 0.4065; 0.6803 with LOS B; B; C. The length of the queue that occurs during the morning rush hour to the north at 07.00-08.00, due to the closing of the crossing gates analyzed using the Shockwave method results are 11.05 km with a normalization time of 11521.99 seconds. Meanwhile, the longest queue length occurred in the south direction, namely during the busy time of the afternoon, due to the closing of the crossing gates which were analyzed using the Shockwave method and obtained results of 0.95 km with a normalization time of 542.05 seconds. The results of the analysis of queues and delays to the north show that the road sections actually have congestion conditions that are difficult to unravel compared to the southbound roads due to the closure of the crossing gates. Meningkatnya frekuensi perjalanan kereta pada perlintasan sebidang Jalan KH Maulana Hasanudin, menyebabkan semakin seringnya penutupan pintu perlintasan terjadi yang berimbas pada lamanya waktu tundaan, pada saat yang sama volume lalu-litas jalan yang tinggi dan kurangnya kapasitas jalan menyebabkan antrian panjang pada saat penutupan pintu perlintasan yang akan secara langsung mempengaruhi kinerja jalan. Dibutuhkan analisis mengenai pengaruh perlintasan sebidang terhadap kinerja jalan akibat kemacetan yang terjadi. Dalam menentukan kapasitas ruas jalan digunakan metode MKJI 1997 sebagai pedoman penentu kinerja jalan, serta menganalisis hubungan antara volume, kecepatan, dan kepadatan digunakan model greenshields, kemudian untuk menganalisis panjang antrian, tundaan, dan waktu penormalan digunakan metode shock wave. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh perlintasan kereta api sebidang dan penyempitan jalan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja jalan, panjang antrian dan tundaan yang terjadi pada jalan KH Maulana Hasanudin. Kinerja ruas jalan KH Maulana Hasanudin sebelum perlintasan arah utara pada waktu sibuk pagi , siang , dan sore masing-masing secara berurutan menunjukkan nilai V/C sebesar 0,6490; 0,4642; 0,5038 dengan LOS C; C; C. Dan kinerja ruas jalan KH Maulana Hasanudin sebelum perlintasan arah selatan pada waktu sibuk pagi , siang , dan sore masing-masing secara berurutan menunjukkan nilai V/C sebesar 0,3221; 0,4065; 0,6803 dengan LOS B; B; C. Panjang antrian yang terjadi pada waktu sibuk pagi arah utara pada pukul 07.00-08.00, akibat penutupan pintu perlintasan yang dianalisis menggunakan metode Shockwave didapatkan hasil sebesar 11,05 km dengan waktu penormalan selama 11521,99 detik. Sedangkan panjang antrian terpanjang yang terjadi pada arah selatan yaitu pada waktu sibuk sore hari, akibat penutupan pintu perlintasan yang dianalisis menggunakan metode Shockwave dan didapatkan hasil sebesar 0.95 km dengan waktu penormalan selama 542.05 detik. Hasil analisis antrian dan tundaan arah utara menunjukkan bahwa pada ruas jalan sebenarnya memiliki kondisi kemacetan yang sulit terurai dibandingkan ruas jalan arah selatan akibat penutupan pintu perlintasan.
