Abstract

This report discusses about implementation of Balanced Scorecard as a model for performance management at thsupply chain level. Supply chain linking the two companies investigated, namely Automotive Garage and Oil Supplier. This research identifies the strategic objectives, performance indicators and develops a strategy map of supply chain for two companies. The methodology used is a semi-structured interviews to the management representatives of both companies. From transcript of the interview, resulting supply chain performance indicators. These indicators are classified by category of financial or nonfinancial, lagging or leading, and external or internal. Final result of this research is a measurement tool to measure performance of the company Keywords: Balanced Scorecard, Performance Indicators, Strategy Map Laporan ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan Balanced Scorecard sebagai model untuk manajemen kinerja di tingkat rantai pasokan. Rantai pasok yang diteliti menghubungkan dua perusahaan, yaitu Bengkel CV Fahcri sejahtera dan Pemasok Oli Y. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tujuan strategis dan indikator kinerja serta mengembangkan peta strategi rantai pasok dari kedua perusahaan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah wawancara semi-terstruktur untuk perwakilan manajemen dari kedua perusahaan. Dari transkrip wawancara, dihasilkan indikator kinerja rantai pasok. Indikator ini kemudian dikelompokkan berdasarkan kategori financial atau nonfinancial, lagging atau leading, dan eksternal atau internal. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah alat ukuruntuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Balanced Scorecard, Indikator Kinerja, Peta Strategi
