Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influences of job motivation and organizational culture to job satisfaction and employee performance at the Indonesian Navy Hospital dr. Mintohardjo period 2014. The data of research is primary data for observation on September 2014. The sampling method used with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The number of samples of this study was 155 respondents from population 821 of employees at the Indonesian Navy Hospital dr. Mintohardjo. The method of analysis used in this study was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) use program Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 18.00, with the results showed sufficient to fulfill the requirements of the SEM, such as Chi-Square (χ2 ), Significance Probability (p value), RMSEA, GFI, AGFI, CMIN/DF, TLI, CFI. The results of this study showed that job motivation has positive influence and significant to the job satisfaction; organizational culture has positive influence and significant to the job satisfaction; job satisfaction has positive influence and significant to the employee performance; organization culture has positive influence and significant to the employee performance; and job satisfaction has positive influence and significant to the employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja personel melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening (studi pada Rumah Sakit TNI Angkatan Laut dr.Mintohardjo Tahun 2014). Data penelitian merupakan data primer untuk periode observasi bulan September Tahun 2014. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 155 personel Rumah Sakit TNI Angkatan Laut dr. Mintohardjo Jakarta dari populasi berjumlah 821 personel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat bantu aplikasi Analysis Of Moment Structures (AMOS) versi 18.00 didapatkan hasil cukup memenuhi persyaratan SEM pada Chi - Square (χ 2 ), Significance Probability (p value), RMSEA, GFI, AGFI, CMIN/DF, TLI, CFI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personel, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personel serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personel. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Personel.
