Abstract
Teachers as educational staff are one of the determining factors for the success of educational goals, because teachers directly interact with students, to provide guidance that will produce the expected graduates. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, training and motivation on teacher performance. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling or can be called a census with a total sample of 60 people. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is processed using the SmartPLS application. The results of the study show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on motivation and training has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, training has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In this study, motivation is able to mediate the influence between work discipline and teacher performance. Motivation is also able to mediate the influence between training and teacher performance. These results provide evidence that the motivational variable is a variable capable of mediating the effect of work discipline and training on teacher performance. Guru sebagai tenaga kependidikan merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan tujuan pendidikan, karena guru yang langsung bersinggungan dengan peserta didik, untuk memberikan bimbingan yang akan menghasilkan lulusan yang diharapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh atau dapat disebut sensus dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 60 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang diolah menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi serta pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Selanjutnya disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Pada penelitian ini, motivasi mampu memediasi pengaruh antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru. Motivasi juga mampu memediasi pengaruh antara pelatihan dengan kinerja guru. Hasil ini memberikan bukti bahwa variabel motivasi merupakan variabel yang mampu memediasi pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru.
