Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, jenjang karir dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT Sarana Luas Maju Kimia. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengukuran variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Sarana Luas Maju Kimia sebanyak 54 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan. (2) Jenjang Karir berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan. (3) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Loyalitas Karyawan, Kompensasi, Jenjang Karir, Gaya Kepemimpinan. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, career path, and leadership style on employee loyalty at PT Sarana Luas Maju Kimia. This research design uses quantitative research. The variable measurement method used in this study is the Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sarana Luas Maju Kimia as many as 54 respondents. Analysis of the data used is a statistical analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty. (2) Career Path has no significant positive effect on Employee Loyalty. (3) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty. Keywords: Employee Loyalty, Compensation, Career Path, Leadership Style.
