Abstract

PT. ADM is a manufacturing company that makes cars under the Daihatsu & Toyota brands in Indonesia. The problem that occurs at this time is the amount of Man Power and company profits, so one way to increase company profits is to increase Man Power efficiency, the more the Number of Man Power, the higher the cost per unit. Therefore the company must immediately conduct an evaluation and improvement of the ongoing production process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that cause time cycles that do not add value to processes under # 3 LH, and make improvements to reduce the added value to processes under # 3 LH. The results of the Yamazumy graph analysis are proven to be the lowest Cycle Time under Under Front # 3 which is 131 seconds, Factors that cause a Cycle time that does not add value to the Under Front # 3 process Based on 4M1E analysis using the koteihyouka method TPS and fishbone analysis diagrams determining factors are the method factors given The distance between setting the setting and taking away the KDX gun far, the high point to the low base, includes the process for the condenser area with the KDX Gun, the distance between the KDC gun and the point where the Pillar is far, and Manual gun operation with 4 spot fields. For failure analysis using the FMEA method, including Cylinder Can not push Stand with a value of RPN 28, Servo Motor cannot withstand mechanical loads with a value of RPN 28, and Miss Spot Position with a value of RPN 12. Improvements can be made to make KDX Automatic Spot Gun on KDX UF # 3 LH process and KDC Auto Spot Gun In KDC UF # 3 LH process. The results of making KDX UF UF Auto Spot # 3 LH succeeded in reducing cycle time of 20 seconds and KDC UF Auto Spot Gun in KDC UF # 3 LH process reducing cycle time of 85 seconds and the company succeeded in reducing Man power per process 1 human power per shift (2 human workers 2 shifts). For that the company managed to save costs Rp121,147,136 per area. Keywords: Cycle times, Yamazumy Graph, TPS, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Risk Priority Number (RPN). PT. ADM adalah Perusahaan manufaktur yang membuat Mobil dengan merk Daihatsu & Toyota di Indonesia. Masalah yang terjadi saat ini jumlah Man Power dan profit perusahaan, maka salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan profit perusahaan adalah dengan menaikan efisiensi Man Power, semakin banyak Jumlah Man Power, maka semakin tinggi cost per unitnya. Oleh karena itu perusahaan harus segera melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan terhadap proses produksi yang berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa faktor-faktor penyebab Cycle time yang tidak memberi nilai tambah pada proses under front #3 LH, serta melakukan perbaikan untuk mengurangi agar memberi nilai tambah pada proses under front #3 LH. Hasil dari analisa Yamazumy chart di ketahui untuk Cycle Time paling rendah yaitu ada di jalur Under Front #3 yaitu sebesar 131 detik, Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan Cycle time yang tidak memberi nilai tambah pada proses Under Front #3 Berdasarkan analisa 4M1E dengan pendekatan metode koteihyouka TPS dan analisis diagram fishbone faktor utamanya adalah faktor metode diantaranya adalah Jarak antara posisi seting dan pengambilan gun KDX jauh, Tinggi titik spot terhadap base rendah, Terdapat proses untuk spot area kondensor dengan Gun KDX, Jarak antara gun KDC dengan titik spot Pillar jauh, Dan Pengoperasian gun manual dengan 4 bidang spot. Untuk Analisis kegagalannya menggunakan metode FMEA antara lain Silinder Tidak bisa mendorong Stand dengan nilai RPN 28, Motor Servo tidak bisa menahan beban mekanik dengan nilai RPN 28, Dan Miss Position Spot dengan nilai RPN 12. Perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan adalah Membuat Auto Spot Gun KDX pada proses KDX UF #3 LH dan Auto Spot Gun KDC Pada proses KDC UF #3 LH. Hasil pembuatan Spot auto Gun KDX UF #3 LH berhasil mereduce Cycle time 20 detik dan Spot auto Gun KDC pada proses KDC UF #3 LH mereduce Cycle time 85 detik dan perusahaan berhasil mereduceMan power per proses 1 man power per shift (2 Man power 2 shift). Untuk itu perusahaan berhasil saving cost Rp121.147.136 per area. Kata kunci : Cycle time, Yamazumy Chart, TPS, Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), risk priority number (RPN).
