Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial compensation, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee engagement at SMK Jayawisata Jakarta. To determine and analyze the effect of financial compensation, organizational culture, work motivation and employee engagement on employee performance at SMK Jayawisata Jakarta. To determine and analyze the effect of financial compensation, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee performance with employee engagement as an intervening variable at SMK Jayawisata Jakarta. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were teachers of SMK Jayawisata totaling 70 people. The sampling method in this study uses purposive sampling, with the sample technique using non-probability sampling. Then the sample in this study was determined, namely permanent teachers totaling 45 people. The data analysis method of this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that financial compensation, organizational culture, and work motivation have an effect on employee engagement at SMK Jayawisata Jakarta. Financial compensation has no effect on employee performance at SMK Jayawisata Jakarta. Organizational culture, work motivation and employee engagement affect employee performance at SMK Jayawisata Jakarta. Financial compensation, organizational culture, and work motivation affect employee performance by mediated employee engagement at SMK Jayawisata Jakarta. Keywords : Financial Compensation, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee Performance, Employee Engagement Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisasi Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan di SMK Jayawisata Jakarta. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di SMK Jayawisata Jakarta Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Keterikatan Karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi di SMK Jayawisata Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru SMK Jayawisata yang berjumlah 70 orang. Metode sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan teknik sampel menggunakan non probability sampling. Maka ditetapkan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru tetap yang berjumlah 45 orang. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi Finansial, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan di SMK Jayawisata Jakarta. Kompensasi Finansial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di SMK Jayawisata Jakarta. Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja dan Keterikatan Karyawan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di SMK Jayawisata Jakarta. Kompensasi Finansial, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh Kinerja Karyawan dengan dimediasi Keterikatan Karyawan di SMK Jayawisata Jakarta.
