Abstract
Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia mengalami keadaan yang cukup fluktuatif, terutama dalam keadaan pandemi covid-19 yang merubah seluruh aktivitas dan proses bisnis, sehingga perkembangan industri pun turut mengalami perubahan. Dalam hal ini, kebutuhan akan pergudangan pun meningkat seiring gaya hidup yang berubah dan tingkat risiko yang muncul pun akan cenderung tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisa risiko operasional dan risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada gudang yang berada di sektor distributor serta memberikan rekomendasi tindakan pengendalian dan pencegahan atas risiko yang sudah diidentifikasi agar proses bisnis perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan menghasilkan kepuasan pelanggan yang optimal. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan FMEA, Fishbone Diagram dan HIRA-AI. Pada risiko operasional terdapat 5 indikator prioritas yaitu Miscomunication, Packing Material Shortage, Anti-theft Control, Storage Space Utilization dan Loyalty dan dihasilkan 52 saran pengendalian untuk kelima prioritas risiko tersebut. Sedangkan pada risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terdapat 35 aktivitas risiko rendah, 17 aktivitas risiko sedang dan 1 aktivitas risiko tinggi dan dihasilkan 73 saran pengendalian, serta terjadi pengurangan risiko menjadi 23 risiko rendah dan tidak ada lagi risiko menengah maupun tinggi setelah dilakukan penilaian risiko tahap kedua. Kata Kunci : Gudang, Analisis Risiko, FMEA, Fishbone Diagram, HIRA-AI Indonesia's economic growth is experiencing a fairly volatile situation, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic which has changed all activities and business processes, so that industrial development has also experienced changes. In this case, Demand for warehousing also increases as lifestyle changes and the level of risk that arises will tend to be high. The aim of this research is to analyze operational risks and occupational safety and health risks in warehouses in the distributor sector and provide recommendations for control and prevention measures for identified risks so that the company's business processes can run well and produce optimal customer satisfaction. The method in this research uses FMEA, Fishbone Diagram and HIRA-AI. In operational risk, there are 5 priority indicators, namely Miscommunication, Packing Material Shortage, Anti-theft Control, Storage Space Utilization and Loyalty and 52 control recommendations are produced for these five risk priorities. Meanwhile, for occupational safety and health risks, there were 35 low risk activities, 17 medium risk activities and 1 high risk activity and resulted in 73 control suggestions, and there was a risk reduction to 23 low risks and no more medium or high risk after the second risk assessment.
