Abstract
PT Datascript is a company engaged in the distribution of office equipment, located on Central Jakarta. The products consist of various office supplies, one of them is Canon Multifunctional and Singlefunction printer products. The problem faced by these products is the late delivery of goods. and demand for goods compared to suppliers in the problem. This shortage has resulted in many consumer demand for Canon printers not being met every month due to lack of stock. Distribution Requitment Planning (DRP) is an appropriate method of planning and scheduling goods to improve the distribution process. The first step is to forecast using the Linear, Exponential Smoothing, and Moving Average method with the help of QM For Windows V5 software. the best forecasting is evaluated with the results of the analysis shows the best forecasting method is the exponential smoothing method with alpha 0.5 and then analyzed the method of applying lot size. The lot for lot method produces the lowest cost distribution plan, compared to exicting, it can save 10% of multifunction products and 9% of singlefunction products. Keywords: Distribution Requirment Planning (DRP), Forecasting, Lot Sizing PT Datascrip merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi perlengkapan kantor berlokasi di Jakarta Pusat. Produk terdiri dari berbagai perlengkapan kantor salah satunya produk printer Canon tipe Multifunction dan Singlefunction, Permasalahan yang dihadapi pada produk tersebut adalah keterlambatan pengiriman barang. serta permintaan barang dibandingkan supplier di permasalah. Kekurangan tersebut mengakibatkan permintaan konsumen terhadap printer canon banyak yang tidak terpenuhi setiap bulan karena kekurangan stok barang. Distribution Requitment Planning (DRP) merupakan metode yang tepat dalam melakukan perencanaan dan penjadwalan barang untuk meningktakan proses distribusi. Langkah pertama melakukan peramalan dengan menggunakan metode Linear, Eksponential Smoothing, dan Moving Average dengan bantuan software QM For Windows V5. peramalan terbaik dievaluasi dengan hasil analisis menunjukan metode peramalan terbaik adalah dengan metode eksponential smoothing dengan alpha 0,5 selanjutnya di analisis metode penerapan lot size. Metode lot for lot menghasilkan perencanaan distribusi dengan biaya terendah, dibandingkan exicting mampu menghemat 10% produk multifunction dan 9% Produk singlefunction.
