Abstract
Cosmetics industry is a potential industry where demand in the domestic and export markets is increasing, in line with the trend of people starting to pay attention to personal care products as their main need. One way to keep demand and availability fulfilled is by focus to the supply chain and overcoming potential risks that occur. Risk is a factor that hinders supply chain operations which cannot be avoided, but can be minimized or eliminated by carrying out appropriate risk management. The research was conducted at a company Korea, which prioritizes Korean formulations and technology. Regarding the form of the company, there are various risks related to time that may occur in the supply chain. Addressing these risks requires appropriate analysis and strategies. This research begins by identifying, analyzing risks, designing strategies, and implementing mitigation using the House of Risk method, efect of implementation mitigation calculations use the Kraljic Matrix. In the Kraljic Matrix method, products are grouped based on the risk of offering and the profit impact. Then the 6 product categories are strategic items which mean they have high risk and produce the highest profit. Furthermore, analysis of risk events from 5 subsections of the supply chain was carried out, obtained 24 risk events and 31 risk agents. After calculating the Aggregate Risk Priority, 7 mitigation strategies are designed. The implementation is carried out and it appears that the mitigation works well in 5 product categories with the quadrant being the leverage item where the potential risk is small and generates large profits. Keywords: Cosmetic, House of Risk, Mitigasi, Kraljic Matrix, Strategic Item Industri kosmetik merupakan industri yang cukup berkembang dimana permintaan di pasar domestik dan ekspor semakin meningkat, seiring tren masyarakat yang mulai memperhatikan produk perawatan tubuh sebagai kebutuhan utama. Salah satu cara untuk menjaga permintaan dan ketersedian tercukupi adalah dengan memperhatikan rantai pasok dan mengatasi potensi risiko yang terjadi. Risiko merupakan faktor yang menghambat operasional rantai pasok yang tidak dapat dihindari, akan tetapi dapat diminimalisir atau dihilangkan dengan melakukan penanganan risiko yang tepat. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan milik asing (Korea), dimana mengedepankan formulasi dan teknologi Korea. Terkait dengan bentuk perusahaan tersebut maka terdapat berbagai risiko terkait waktu yang mungkin terjadi pada rantai pasok. Untuk mengatasi risiko-risiko tersebut dibutuhkan analisa dan strategi yang tepat. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi, menganilisa risiko, merancang strategi mitigasi, dan implementasi mitigasi dengan metode House of Risk, setelah itu perhitungan efek mitigasi menggunakan Kraljic Matrix. Pada metode Kraljic Matrix produk dikelompokan berdasarkan risiko supply dan keuntungan yang didapat. Maka 6 kategori produk pada strategic item yang artinya memiliki risiko tinggi dan menghasilkan keuntungan tertinggi. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisa kejadian risiko dari 5 sub part rantai pasok, didapatkan 24 kejadian risiko dan 31 agent risk. Setelah dihitung dengan Aggregat Risk Priority maka di rancang 7 strategi mitigasi. Implementasi dilakukan dan terlihat bahwa mitigasi berjalan baik pada 5 kategori produk dengan perpindahan kuadran menjadi leverage item dimana potensi risiko kecil dan menghasilkan keuntungan yang besar Kata Kunci: Kosmetik, House of Risk, Mitigasi, Kraljic Matrix, Strategic Item
