Abstract

PT. Komponent Automotive, Tbk is a manufacturing company engaged in Automotive components with products in the form of radiators. In the production there is a decrease in each week then from the calculation of cycle time there is an increase in time on each hour because there are operators who work by doing movements that are not ergonomic and not recommended, relatively light but if done repeatedly repeatedly can cause fatigue, muscle tension , and pain in certain parts. Seeing these conditions, it is necessary to repair work stations that can improve the working conditions of operators in the work process, reduce discomfort, and minimize work time so that work productivity can increase. After being investigated using REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment), the work process with the highest REBA value is 10 (high risk) with a bent motion when placing the radiator and the WERA (Work Ergonomy Risk Assessment) assessment obtained the highest value of 49 (high risk) with bending motion when steples doos. From the results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, it also shows operators working on work stations with REBA 10 and WERA 49 values complaining about the most amount of pain in some parts of the body. Therefore, in this research, work stations were repaired to improve non-ergonomic movements in the radiator packing process. After the improvement of the REBA score the biggest decrease of 7 scores, the WERA score was the biggest decrease of 8 scores and the NBM score of decreasing pain in the back was 15 scores. In the analysis of implementation time, the average cycle time for each packing process has the largest decrease of 22.8 seconds. Komponen Automotive, Tbk adalah perusahaan manufacture yang bergerak pada bidang komponen Automotive dengan produk berupa radiator. Pada hasil produksinya terdapat penurunan pada setiap minggunya kemudian dari perhitungan cycle time ada kenaikan waktu pada setiap jamnya dikarenakan terdapat operator yang bekerja dengan melakukan gerakan yang tidak ergonomis dan tidak dianjurkan, tergolong ringan namun jika dilakukan terus menerus secara berulang dapat mengakibatkan cepat lelah, penegangan otot, serta rasa sakit pada bagian tertentu. Melihat kondisi tersebut, perlu dilakukan perbaikan stasiun kerja yang dapat memperbaiki kondisi kerja operator dalam proses bekerjanya, mengurangi ketidaknyamanan, serta meminimalkan waktu kerja agar produktivitas kerja dapat meningkat. Setelah diteliti dengan menggunakan REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assesment), proses kerja dengan nilai REBA tertinggi yaitu 10 (risiko tinggi) dengan gerakan membungkuk saat menempatkan radiator dan pada penilaian WERA (Work Ergonomy Risk Assesment) didapat nilai tertinggi yaitu 49 (risiko tinggi) dengan gerakan membungkuk pada saat steples doos. Dari hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map juga menunjukan operator yang bekerja pada stasiun kerja dengan nilai REBA 10 dan WERA 49 mengeluhkan jumlah sakit yang paling banyak pada beberapa bagian tubuh. Oleh karena itu pada penelitan ini dilakukan perbaikan stasiun kerja untuk memperbaiki gerakan yang tidak ergonomis pada proses packing radiator. Setelah perbaikan skor REBA penurunan terbesar 7 skor, skor WERA penurunan terbesar 8 skor dan pada skor NBM penurunanan sakit pada bagian punggung adalah 15 skor. Pada analisa waktu implementasi, waktu siklus rata-rata tiap kali proses packing penurunan terbesar sebanyak 22.8 detik. Kata Kunci : Ergonomis, Tingkat Risiko Pekerja, Nordic Body Map, REBA, WERA
