Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab rendahnya OEE mesin ventilator di ruang ICU rumah sakit, dan mencari solusi untuk memperbaikinya. Metode penelitian ini menggabungkan Focus Group Discussion dalam penentuan 5W+1H dan penerapan pilar Total Productive Maintenance untuk meningkatkan nilai Overall Effectiveness Equipment pada mesin Ventilator. Studi ini menemukan faktor kerusakan adalah penyebab terbesar dari rendahnya OEE yaitu 54,1%, diikuti oleh idle dan minor loss sebesar 41,2% dan lainnya sebesar 4,7% dengan OEE yang ada 61,86% jauh di bawah standar OEE untuk alat kesehatan sebesar 75%. Efek dari hasil perbaikan menyeluruh tersebut mampu meningkatkan rata-rata nilai OEE sebesar 85% dari Sep 2021-Feb 2022, sehingga hal ini mendukung program rumah sakit dalam hal peningkatan efektifitas mesin dalam perawatan pasien. Keterbatasan penilitian ini adalah perlu lebih banyak data dari rumah sakit swasta, karena sumber data hanya berasal dari satu rumah sakit pemerintah/negeri. Ada penelitian yang sangat terbatas mengenai penerapan TPM dan pengukuran OEE pada alat dan fasilitas medis. Makalah ini mencoba untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. The purpose of this study is to find out the causes of low OEE of ventilator machines in the hospital ICU room, and find solutions to fix them. This research method combines Focus Group Discussion in determining 5W + 1H and implementing the pillars of Total Productive Maintenance to increase the value of Overall Ef ectiveness Equipment on Ventilator machines. This study found the damage factor was the biggest cause of the low OEE of 54.1%, followed by idle and minor loss of 41.2% and others of 4.7% with an existing OEE of 61.86% far below the OEE standard for tools. health by 75%. The ef ect of the results of this overall improvement was able to increase the average OEE value by 85% from Sep 2021-Feb 2022, so this supports the hospital's program in terms of increasing the ef ectiveness of machines in patient care. The limitation of this research is that more data is needed from private hospitals, because the data source only comes from one government/state hospital. There is very limited research on the application of TPM and OEE measurement to medical devices and facilities. This paper attempts to fulfill this need.
