Abstract

Inventory control of raw materials are important issues for the company because it is related to the total cost of which will be issued. The purpose of inventory in this last task is to minimize the total cost of the preparation by considering forecasting method and MRP method to supply. The forecasting method will be use is a Siklus where this method can be use after doing data plots and see the value of the error in the other methods are moving average, exponential smoothing, linear trend line model and Constant. The Writer doing research on PT The Univenus Serang, the company is exist in the field of paper tissue. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the company has a booking that economically needs of the ingredients and know the total cost of which supplies at least in between EOQ, FOQ, FPR, POQ and LFL method. After performing the calculation the total cost of the preparation to get the results where the cost of preparation of the least is using the POQ and LFL method. When the company use LFL the total cost of the preparation that can be reduced is from Rp 338.433.300,- - Rp 25.800.000 = Rp 312.633.300,-, so with POQ and LFL method can save the total cost of the preparation become Rp 312.633.300,-. Key Words: Preparation, Forecasting, Linear Trend Line Model, MRP, POQ, LFL Pengendalian persediaan bahan baku merupakan masalah penting bagi perusahaan karena berkaitan dengan total biaya yang akan dikeluarkan. Tujuan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada tugas akhir ini adalah meminimalkan total biaya persediaan dengan mempertimbangkan metode forecasting dan metode MRP untuk persediaan. Metode forecasting yang di gunakan adalah Siklusc dimana metode ini di dapat setelah melakukan plot data dan melihat nilai error pada metode yang lainnya yaitu moving average, exponential smoothing, linear trend line model dan constant. Penulis melakukan penelitian pada PT. The Univenus Serang, perusahaan bergerak di bidang produksi kertas tissue. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah perusahaan selama ini telah melakukan pemesanan yang ekonomis dalam memenuhi kebutuhan bahan, serta mengetahui total biaya persediaan mana yang paling minimal di antara metode EOQ, FOQ, FPR, POQ dan LFL. Setelah melakukan perhitungan total biaya persediaan di dapatkan hasil dimana biaya persediaan paling kecil adalah dengan menggunakan metode POQ dan LFL dimana total biaya persediaan yang dapat dikurangi adalah dari Rp 338.433.300,- – Rp 25.800.000 = Rp 312.633.300,-, jadi dengan metode POQ dan LFL dapat menghemat total biaya persediaan sampai dengan Rp 312.633.300,- Kata Kunci: Persediaan, Peramalan, Linear Trend Line Model, MRP, POQ, LFL.
