Abstract
Determining the proper location of the distribution center is a strategic plan in maintaining customer service commitment, saving time, transportation costs, and general operational costs. The purpose of this research is to determine the distribution center location in the case of paper packaging products. The method used is center of gravity and AHP. The location recommended by the center of gravity method is right in the center of the North Bekasi toll road which is not feasible (coordinates X: -6.2621505, Y: 107.015805). The priority of distribution center locations in the case of paper packaging products using the AHP method is C location with a weight of 0.3402, A location with a weight of 0.3329, and B location with a weight of 0.3269, respectively. Location C superiors in three of the four criteria, i.e. facility, accessibility, and sustainability. Keywords Center of Gravity, Analytical Hierarchy Process Penentuan lokasi Distribution Center (DC) yang tepat merupakan langkah strategis dalam menjaga komitmen layanan pelanggan, menghemat waktu dan biaya transportasi, serta menghemat biaya operasional secara umum. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah menentukan lokasi DC pada kasus produk paper packaging. Metode yang digunakan adalah Center of Gravity (COG) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Lokasi yang direkomendasikan dengan metode COG berada tepat di tengah jalan tol Bekasi Timur yang tidak feasible (koordinat X: -6.2621505, Y: 107.015805). Prioritas lokasi DC pada kasus produk paper packaging dengan menggunakan metode AHP berturut-turut adalah lokasi C dengan nilai 0.3402, lokasi A dengan nilai 0.3329, dan lokasi B dengan nilai 0.3269. Lokasi C unggul pada tiga dari empat kriteria yaitu fasilitas, aksesibilitas, dan sustainability. Kata kunci: Center of Gravity, Analytical Hierarchy Process
