Abstract

The Kramasan Palembang Toll Gate development project experienced delays for which it was not clear what caused the construction work could not to be completed according to the planned time. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that cause delays and find out which factors are the most dominant causes of delays. To identify the factors that cause delays, multiple linear regression methods are used with SPSS software using data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Mitra Perkasa Ekatama is the contractor working on the Palembang Kramasan Toll Gate Construction project which is supported by data from interviews with experts and literature studies. The results of the analysis it is expected to minimize the possibility of delays for future projects. The results of the study state that the most dominant factor in this study is "Land acquisition that is not following the land acquisition schedule or X5.7" based on the highest average value of descriptive statistical analysis of 4.37 and an average value of 131. This statement is supported by the results of the T-test with a probability value of 0.008, which means that there is a significant influence between these variables and project delays. Pada proyek pembangunan Gerbang Tol Kramasan Palembang mengalami keterlambatan yang belum diketahui secara jelas apa penyebabnya, sehingga pembangunan yang dikerjakan tidak dapat selesai sesuai dengan waktu yang telah direncanakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan keterlambatan dan mencari faktor apa yang paling dominan sebagai penyebab keterlambatan. Untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang menjadi penyebab keterlambatan digunakan dengan metode regresi linear berganda dengan software SPSS menggunakan data yang diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap karyawan PT. Mitra Perkasa Ekatama selaku kontraktor yang mengerjakan proyek Pembangunan Gerbang Tol Kramasan Palembang yang didukung data dari hasil wawancara kepada pakar dan studi literatur. Dari hasil analisa yang ada diharapkan bisa meminimalisir kemungkinan keterlambatan untuk proyek yang akan datang. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa Faktor yang paling dominan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Pembebasan lahan yang tidak sesuai dengan jadwal pengadaan lahan atau X5.7” berdasarkan nilai mean analisis statistik deskriptif tertinggi 4.37 dan rata rata nilai 131 pernyataan ini di dukung oleh hasil Uji T dengan nilai probabilititas sebesar 0,008 yang artinya ada pengaruh signifikan antara variabel tersebut dengan keterlambatan proyek Kata Kunci: Gerbang Tol, Keterlambatan, Kuantitatif, Kuesioner, Proyek Konstruksi.
