Abstract
From year to year until now the development of information systems is increasing along with the rapid development of the times. In almost all areas of a company or organization's business, business processes are carried out using information systems to support its operational activities. With the existence of the company's operational information system it will be more effective, efficient and productive. Each company has fixed assets that are scattered in each of the company's branch offices. But in the business process carried out by the Digital Banking Group Sales & Partnership, Bank Mandiri Syariah experienced problems in making a letter of approval from the branch office. The process of making the program approval letter submitted by the branch office is quite time-consuming, so the program to be run is hampered because the branch office is waiting for an approval letter sent from the head office and the number of Partnership Digital Banking Group staff who make the program implementation approval letter is very limited. The large number of application letters submitted by the branch office often makes mistakes when making monthly reports to monitor which branch offices are already running the program. The location of branch offices throughout Indonesia is also the reason for the lengthy approval letters sent from the head office. It is hoped that this application design can be developed and useful to assist the Digital Banking Group Sales & Partnership of Bank Mandiri Syariah to process letters submitted from branch offices and be useful for companies, especially in the Digital Banking Group Sales & Partnership.Key words: Electronic Mail, DBG Sales & Partnerships, RAD, Design . Dari tahun ke tahun sampai saat ini perkembangan sistem informasi semakin meningkat seiring pesatnya perkembangan jaman. Hampir semua bidang bisnis perusahaan atau organisasi, proses bisnis yang dilaksanakan menggunakan sistem informasi untuk menunjang kegiatan-kegiatan operasionalnya. Dengan adanya sistem informasi operational perusahaan akan menjadi lebih efektif, efisien dan produktiv. Setiap perusahaan memiliki aset tetap yang tersebar di setiap kantor cabang perusahaan. Tetapi pada proses bisnis yang di laksanakan Digital Banking Group Sales & Partnership Bank Mandiri Syariah mengalami masalah dalam pembuatan surat persetujuan dari kantor cabang. Proses dalam pembuatan surat persetujuan program yang di ajukan oleh kantor cabang cukup memakan waktu, sehingga pogram yang akan dijalankan menjadi terhambat dikarenakan kantor cabang menunggu surat persetujuan yang dikirim dari kantor pusat dan jumlah staff Partnership Digital Banking Group yang membuat surat persetujuan pelaksaan program sangat terbatas. Banyaknya surat permohonan yang di ajukan oleh kantor cabang menjadikan sering terjadinya kesalahan saat membuat laporan bulanan untuk memonitoring kantor cabang mana yang sudah menjalankan program. Lokasi kantor cabang yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia pun menjadi alasan lamanya pengiriman surat persetujuan dari kantor pusat. Diharapkan rancangan aplikasi ini dapat di kembangkan dan berguna untuk membantu Digital Banking Group Sales & Partnership Bank Mandiri Syariah untuk mengolah surat-surat yang di ajukan dari kantor cabang dan bermanfaat bagi perusahaan khususnya pada Digital Banking Group Sales & Partnership.
