Abstract
An environmentally friendly hospital is one of the needs of change management which is being developed in various hospitals. This is in line with the objectives of the implementation as in Law No. 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals, one of which is to provide protection for the safety of patients, the community, the hospital environment and human resources in the hospital. The increase in the number of health service facilities can increase the potential for environmental pollution. This research was conducted at the XYZ hospital in the center of Jakarta. The method used to analyze the impact of the production process on the environment is a life cycle assessment. Environmental impact assessment using simapro software, a calculation method using Eco-indicator 99, can show several environmental impacts including carcinogens, respiratory organics, climate change, radiation, ozone layaer, ecotoxity, acidification / euthrophication, land use, minerals, and fossil fuel. The environmental impact of processing with the LCA method is divided into three categories, namely human health, quality of ecosystems and resources, and those produced by XYZ Hospital on human health are 4.81pt, ecosystem quality is 0.458pt and resources are 7.61pt. Efforts to implement environmentally friendly supply chains in wastewater treatment by selecting the best alternative in implementing green supply chain management with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach to 6 respondents who are considered credible towards wastewater treatment. The best alternative in implementing environmentally friendly supply chains in the wastewater treatment process is the green Manufacture aspect, with an alternative to standardizing the size of the use of chemicals with a weight of 1.94. Rumah sakit yang ramah lingkungan menjadi salah satu kebutuhan dalam manajemen perubahan yang sedang dikembangkan diberbagai rumah sakit. Hal ini sejalan dengan tujuan penyelenggaraan sebagaimana dalam Undang-Undang No. 44 Tahun 2009 tentang Rumah Sakit, salah satunya untuk memberikan perlindungan terhadap keselamatan pasien, masyarakat, lingkungan rumah sakit dan sumber daya manusia di rumah sakit. Bertambahnya Jumlah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dapat meningkatkan potensi pencemaran lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di rumah sakit XYZ yang berada di pusat Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis dampak proses produksi terhadap lingkungan yaitu life cycle assessment. Penilaian dampak lingkungan menggunakan software simapro, metode perhitungan dengan menggunakan Eco-indikator 99, dapat menunjukkan beberapa dampak lingkungan yang meliputi carcinogens, respiratory organics, climate change, radiation, ozone layaer, ecotoxity, acidification/ euthrophication, land use, minerals, dan fossil fuel. Dampak lingkungan hasil pengolahan dengan metode LCA terbagi menjadi tiga kategori yaitu Kesehatan manusia, kualitas ekosistem dan sumber daya, dan yang dihasilkan oleh Rumah Sakit XYZ terhadap kesehatan manusia sebesar 4,81pt, kualitas ekosistem sebesar 0,458pt dan sumber daya sebesar 7,61pt. Upaya dalam mengimplementasikan rantai pasok ramah lingkungan pada pengolahan air limbah dengan pemilihan alternatif terbaik dalam implementasi green supply chain management dengan pendekatan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) terhadap 6 responden yang dianggap kredibel terhadap pengolahan air limbah. Alternatif terbaik dalam penerapan rantai pasok ramah lingkungan pada proses pengolahan air limbah yaitu pada aspek green Manufacture, dengan alternatif standarisasi ukuran penggunaan bahan kimia dengan bobot nilai 1,94.
