Abstract
Vannamei shrimp is a fishery commodity that has a large market potential. The main problem that is of concern is the FCR value in the management of the use of feed as a staple raw material in the vannamei shrimp farming industry. The analysis was carried out to find out which factors of worker productivity have an influence on harvest productivity, as well as to find out the improvement efforts that can be made to increase crop productivity. By examining these factors, it is hoped that recommendations will be found to increase crop productivity with an important parameter, namely a decrease in FCR levels. The productivity factors studied are competence, work methods, motivation and application of technology. The method used in data analysis in this study uses Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), RCFA uses why-why analysis, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and determines recommendations for improvement using the 5W+1H method and FGD activities . Factors of method and application of technology are factors that have a significant direct effect on crop productivity. Competence and methods influence worker productivity. The method factor directly influences harvest productivity and worker productivity. The results of the FMEA analysis show that the problem that is the top priority is the method problem with the problem points, namely work execution not based on data with an RPN value of 163.1. The recommendations found are that the company establishes supervisory procedures and motivation, an analysis of the application of technology is carried out to determine the appropriate technology to be applied followed by the consequences of training workers to be able to apply the technology. Keywords: SEM-PLS, FMEA, Cultivation Industry, Vaname Shrimp Udang vaname merupakan komoditas perikanan yang memiliki potensi pasar yang besar. Permasalahan utama yang menjadi perhatian dalam produktivitas udang adalah nilai FCR pada pengelolaan penggunaan pakan sebagai bahan baku pokok. Analisa dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor produktifitas pekerja apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas panen, serta mengetahui upaya perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas panen. Faktor produktivitas yang diteliti adalah kompetensi, metode kerja, motivasi dan penerapan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), RCFA menggunakan why-why analysis, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan penentuan rekomendasi perbaikan menggunakan metode 5W+1H serta kegiatan FGD. Faktor metode dan penerapan teknologi merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap produktivitas panen. Kompetensi dan metode berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas pekerja. Faktor metode berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap produktivitas panen dan produktivitas pekerja. Hasil analisa FMEA memperlihatkan bahwa masalah yang menjadi prioritas utama adalah pada masalah metode dengan poin masalah yaitu eksekusi kerja tidak berdasarkan data dengan nilai RPN 163,1. Rekomendasi yang ditemukan adalah perusahaan menetapkan prosedur pengawasan serta motivasi, analisis terhadap penerapan teknologi dilakukan untuk menentukan teknologi yang cocok diterapkan dilanjutkan dengan konsekuensi pelatihan pekerja untuk dapat menerapkan teknologi.
