Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk dapat melihat hubungan antara variabel X dengan variabel Y yaitu hubungan antara resiliensi keluarga dengan kesehatan mental pada mahasiwa di Jabodetabek. Dengan data yang didapatkan dengan r = 0.288 dan p = 0.000 yang artinya bahwa data tersebut memiliki nilai korelasi rendah dengan arah hubungan yang negatif. Sehingga jika kesehatan mental meningkat maka resiliensi keluarga turun dan begitupun sebaliknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode korelasional, Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa aktif yang sudah menikah. Subjek tersebut berdomisili Jabodetabek. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probabilitas sampling yaitu dengan teknik accidential sampling. Didapat nilai hasil uji validitas pada skala kesehatan mental niar r hitung paling tinggi 0.840 dan untuk skala resiliensi nilai r hitung paling tinggi 0.827. Nilai reliabilitas pada kesehatan mental didapatkan hasil nilai cronbach Alpha sebesar 0.926 dan untuk resiliensi keluarga didapatkan hasil nilai Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0.958. Pada hasil uji korelasi, didapatkan hasil correlation coefficient sebesar - 0.288 dengan nilai sig 0.001 sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa data memiliki nilai korelasi rendah dengan arah hubungan yang negatif sehingga jika resiliensi keluarga meningkat maka semakin rendah masalah kesehatan mental mahasiswa yang menikah di Jabodetabek. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diperoleh bahwa resiliensi keluarga dan kesehatan mental memiliki nilai korelasi rendah dengan arah hubungan yang negatif, sehingga jika resiliensi keluarga meningkat maka semakin rendah masalah kesehatan mental mahasiswa yang menikah. Dalam konteks ini, korelasi negatif menandakan bahwa adanya hubungan terbalik antara tingkat resiliensi keluarga dan kesehatan mental. Artinya semakin tinggi tingkat resiliensi keluarga, semakin kecil kemungknan terjadinya masalah kesehatan mental pada mahasiswa yang sudah menikah, begitupun sebaliknya semakin rendah tingkat resiliensi keluarga, semakin besar kemungkinan adanya masalah kesehatan mental. This research was conducted with the aim of being able to see the relationship between variable X and variable Y, namely the relationship between family resilience and mental health in students in Jabodetabek. With the data obtained with r = 0.288 and p = 0.000, which means that the data has a low correlation value with a negative relationship. So if mental health increases, family resilience decreases and vice versa. This research uses quantitative by using correlational method. The population in this study are active students who are married. The subject is domiciled in Jabodetabek. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely the accidential sampling technique. Obtained the value of the validity test results on the mental health scale, the highest r count is 0.840 and for the resilience scale the highest r count is 0.827. The reliability value on mental health resulted in a Cronbach Alpha value of 0.926 and for family resilience the results of a Cronbach Alpha value of 0.958. On the results of the correlation test, the results of the correlation coefficient were -0.288 with a sig value of 0.001 so that it can be interpreted that the data has a low correlation value with a negative relationship direction so that if family resilience increases, the mental health problems of married students in Jabodetabek will decrease. Based on the results of this study, it was found that family resilience and mental health had a low correlation value with a negative relationship, so that if family resilience increased, the mental health problems of married students would decrease. In this context, the negative correlation indicates that there is an inverse relationship between the level of family resilience and mental health. This means that the higher the level of family resilience, the less likely mental health problems occur in married students, and vice versa, the lower the level of family resilience, the more likely there are mental health problems in married students.
