Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between resilience and subjective well-being of rinjani hikers mountain. With a sample of 389 respondents, the sample selected used accidental sampling technique. With an age range of 17-40 years. The instrument that being use for this research was adapted Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) with coefficient of 0,92 and BBC-Subjective Well-Being (BBC-SWB) with coefficient 0,94. This research results that there is significant relationship between resilience and subjective well-being (r = 0,844, p<0,001). It means that the higher of resilience the higher subjective well-being. Keyword: Resilience, Subjective Well-Being, CD-RISC, BBC-SWB Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara resiliensi dan kesejahteraan subjektif pada pendaki gunung Rinjani. dengan sampel yang berjumlah 389 responden dengan pemilihan sample menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Dengan rentang usia 17-40 tahun. Instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) yang telah diadaptasi dengan koefisien 0,92 dan BBC-Subjective Well-Being (BBC-SWB) dengan koefisien 0,94. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara resiliensi dan kesejahteraan subjektif (r = 0,844, p<0.0001) yang artinya semakin tinggi resiliensi maka akan semakin tinggi kesejahteraan subjektifnya.
