Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of interactional justice on employee loyalty at Cibeber Public Health Center, Lebak District. The research subjects were employees of the Cibeber Public Health Center, with a total of 63 respondents using the approach method quantitative with the sampling technique is saturated sampling. research analysis with simple regression analysis using SPSS 2020 assistance. The result showed that there was a positive and significant effect of interactional justice on the work loyalty of Cibeber Health Center employees. Keyword: Interactional Justice, Loyalty, Public Health Center Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan interaksional terhadap loyalitas pegawai Puskesmas Cibeber Kabupaten Lebak. Subjebk penelitian ini adalah pegawai Puskesmas Cibeber Kabupaten Lebak dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 63 orang dengan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampling adalah sampling jenuh. Analisis penelitian dengan analisis regresi sederhana menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara keadilan interkasional dengan loyalitas kerja pegawai Puskesmas Cibeber Kabupaten Lebak.
