Abstract

Increasing the need for space that accommodates every community activity, one of which is the need for occupancy. Occupancy will not be separated from environmental problems, low-quality / temporary, high-density, irregular, and minimally prejudiced housing or so-called poor villages (slum area), affecting the decline in environmental value, both in terms of physical and social aspects of the population. The Government of DKI Jakarta has a housing development program and meets the needs of housing, social and public facilities in the Old City Area as a cultural heritage area that has high economic value, tourist areas, businesses, services, and trade while maintaining historical character and values. The purpose of this final architectural design report is to obtain the design of Jl. Tongkol 10 flats by responding to all existing problems by paying attention to the principles of cultural heritage, sustainable, ecological, and providing housing with social and public facilities that meet the needs of the community. Keywords: Flats, Residential, Sustainable, Cultural Heritage, Ecology, Community Meningkatnya akan kebutuhan ruang yang mewadahi setiap aktivitas masyarakat salah satunya kebutuhan akan hunian. Hunian tidak akan lepas dari masalah lingkungan, hunian berkualitas rendah/temporer, berkepadatan tinggi, tidak teratur, dan berprasarana minim atau yang disebut perkampungan miskin (slum area), mempengaruhi penurunan nilai lingkungan, baik segi fisik maupun dari segi sosial penduduknya. Pemerintah DKI Jakarta memiliki program pengembangan perumahan dan memenuhi kebutuhan hunian, fasilitas sosial dan umum di Kawasan Kota Tua sebagai kawasan cagar budaya yang memiliki nilai ekonomi yang tinggi, kawasan wisata, bisnis, jasa, dan perdagangan dengan tetap mempertahankan karakter dan nilai-nilai kesejarahan. Tujuan laporan perancangan arsitektur akhir ini adalah untuk memperoleh rancangan rumah susun Jl. Tongkol 10 dengan merespon segala permasalahan yang ada dengan memperhatikan prinsip cagar budaya, sustainable, ekologis, dan menyediakan hunian dengan fasilitas social dan umum yang memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat.
