Abstract

The living needs of today's people, who need fast, easy, clear, and affordable services. With the mode of transportation of railway people can move from one place to another this makes it easier for the needs of the community in traveling. As for the station building that has artistic value such as jakarta city station with an art deco theme. This building that was established in the Dutch East Indies era became a conservation building and much in the interest of visitors as a tourist spot and a closer introduction to seeing ancient buildings, unfortunately the jakarta station building of this city is less well maintained and needs to be revamped without damaging and reducing the aesthetic value of art deco itself where this building goes into conservation buildings in DKI Jakarta, In addition, the author pinned the concept of green design on the corridor area where this area is always on the visitor's face with the concept of green design in buildings with art deco characteristics able to reduce the impact of globalization value and prioritize reducing stress levels in visitors where every day Jakarta city station becomes hight traffic in the capital city of Jakarta. This research method uses qualitative methods with historical approaches, as well as reviewing and analyzing various forms of space buildings against the topics studied. So that I can conclude as the final goal, which is to identify the application of art deco style in the interior design of the Jakarta city station Keywords: Jakarta city station building with art deco theme Kebutuhan hidup masyarakat saat ini, yang membutuhkan pelayanan yang cepat, mudah, jelas, dan terjangkau. Dengan adanya mode transportasi kereta api masyarakat bisa berpindah dari tempat satu ke tempat lainnya hal ini memudahkan bagi kebutuhan masyarakat dalam berpergian. Adapun bangunan stasiun yang memiliki nilai seni seperti stasiun Jakarta kota dengan tema art deco. Bangunan ini yang di dirikan pada zaman hindia belanda menjadi bangunan konservasi dan banyak di minati pengunjung sebagai tempat wisata dan pengenalan lebih dekat dengan melihat bangunan zaman dahulu, sayangnya bangunan stasiun Jakarta kota ini kurang begitu terawat dan butuh pembenahan ulang tanpa merusak dan mengurangi nilai estetika art deco itu sendiri di mana bangunan ini masuk ke bangunan konservasi di DKI Jakarta, selain itu penulis menyematkan konsep green design pada area koridor di mana area ini selalu di padati pengunjung dengan adanya konsep green design pada bangunan yang berciri khas art deco mampu mengurangi dampak nilai globalisasi dan lebih mengedepankan menurunkan tingkat stress pada pengunjung yang di mana setiap harinya stasiun Jakarta kota menjadi hight traffic di ibu kota Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan historis, serta mengkaji dan menganalisa berbagai bentuk bangunan ruang terhadap topic yang di kaji. Sehingga dapatsaya simpulkan sebagai tujuan akhir , yaitu mengidentifikasi penerapan gaya art deco pada design interior stasiun Jakarta kota.
