Abstract
Human Resource Planning (HRP) is important to be carried out in the company to ensure optimal labor needs to occupy various positions and the right job. One of the factors to determine labor needs is workload. The workload of a worker should not be excessive because it can cause stress and even reduce the value of work productivity. PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aeroasia, Tbk as the largest aircraft maintenance service provider company in Indonesia, especially in the Personnel Qualification and Quality System Documentation division. 8 Assessor personnel in this division have workload problems that are not balanced between the target assessment needs and the number of Assessor available so that many assessment participants have a long waiting time and do not immediately carry out the assessment process on time. This research method uses an approach with the Work Sampling method to determine the percentage of productive and non-productive which is then calculated using the Workload Analysis method to determine the optimal workload and number of Assessor by comparing task completion time with effective work time. The results showed that the effective working time of most Assessor was 82800 minutes or 173 effective working days with 25% allowance. From the results of the workload analysis calculation, it requires 10 assessor personnel so that it is necessary to add 2 new Assessor personnel. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Work Sampling, Workload Analysis
