Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of good corporategovernance, managerial ownership and institutional ownership on the cost of equity. This research was conducted with quantitative research methods and theuse of multiple regression analysis, where managerial ownership, institutional ownership is the independent variable, while the cost of equity as the dependent variable. The population of companies that will be used in this study are companiesengaged in industry & consumption on the IDX in 2016 – 2018. In processing andtesting the data to be tested, this study uses the SPSS statistical analysisapplication. The results show that managerial ownership has a significant effect on the cost of equity, and has a significant negative effect on institutional ownership on the cost of equity listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for theperiod 2016 – 2018. Keywords: GCG ( Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership), Equity Costs Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh good corporategovernance, kepemilikan Manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap biayaekuitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif danpenggunakan analisis regresi berganda , dimana kepemilikan manajerial , kepemilikan institusional merupakan variable bebas, sedangkan biaya ekuitassebagai variable terikat. Populasi perusahaan yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahperusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri & konsumsi di BEI pada tahun 2016– 2018. Dalam mengolah dan menguji data yang akan diuji, penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi analisis statistic SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa berpengaruh kepemilikan manajerial terhadap biaya ekuitas, dan tdoakberpengaruh kepemilikan institusional terhadap biaya ekuitas yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2018.
