Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, promotion and price on Sayurbox consumer satisfaction. The population in this study are consumers who know and use the Sayurbox e-grocery digital platform application in DKI Jakarta. The sample used was 294 consumers. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The data collection method uses the survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Using a quantitative descriptive approach, this study shows that product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction and promotion has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, and price has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Promotion, Price, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen Sayurbox. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang mengetahui dan menggunakan aplikasi platform digital e-grocery Sayurbox di DKI Jakarta. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 294 konsumen. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan dekriptif kuantitatif, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan promosi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, serta harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.
