Abstract

Private Practice Midwives (BPS), is a health service provider that has a significant contribution in providing services, especially in improving the welfare of mothers and children. This existing database is used to serve application needs. Because this application is a software unit created to serve the needs of several activities, therefore with the existence of an information system application for data collection of patients and drug stocks at the Private Practice Midwife to be made, it will be able to be managed better and more help the performance of midwives in midwifery care services. The purpose of writing this Final Project is to create a Database Design for Patient Data and Medicine Stocks into the Website on the programming grammar of PHP My Admin and SQL Server 2019 at the Diana Rosa Private Practice Midwife, and explain how the Database System program for patient data and Medicine stocks works in Website-based Diana Rosa Private Practice Midwife. The benefits of writing this Final Project are to help Midwife Diana Rosa, S.ST, especially in controlling patient data and Medicine stocks and making it easier for admins to report incoming data and outgoing data, and can facilitate report generation and there will be no errors in data collection and creation. report. In writing this final project, it can be concluded that by implementing data management with a computerized system, it will speed up the data management process, can save work time, be easier and more efficient, the data entry process is faster and neatly arranged, the data reporting process can be done at any time. -time when needed, this program is expected to facilitate the midwife in searching and making reports on patient medical records and Medicine stocks which are carried out quickly and precisely so that no errors occur. Keywords: Patient Data and Medicine Stock Database, PHP My Admin, SQL Server 2019 Bidan Praktek Swasta (BPS), merupakan penyedia layanan kesehatan yang memiliki kontribusi cukup besar dalam memberikan pelayanan, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ibu dan anak. Database yang ada ini digunakan untuk melayani kebutuhan aplikasi. Karena aplikasi ini merupakan satu unit perangkat lunak yang dibuat untuk melayani kebutuhan akan beberapa aktivitas, maka dari itu dengan adanya sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi pendataan pasien dan stok obat pada Bidan Praktek Swasta yang akan dibuat ini, maka akan dapat dikelola dengan lebih baik lagi dan lebih banyak membantu kinerja bidan dalam pelayanan asuhan kebidanan. Tujuan dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah membuat Rancang Bangun Database Pendataan Pasien dan Stok Obat ke dalam Website pada tata bahasa pemograman PHP My Admin dan SQL Server 2019 di Bidan Praktek Swasta Diana Rosa, dan menjelaskan cara kerja program Sistem Database pendataan pasien dan stok obat pada Bidan Praktek Swasta Diana Rosa berbasis Website. Manfaat dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah membantu Bidan Diana Rosa, S.ST khususnya dalam mengontrol data data pasien dan stok obat dan mempermudah admin untuk membuat laporan data masuk dan data keluar, serta dapat mempermudah pembuatan laporan dan tidak akan terjadi kesalahan dalam pendataan maupun pembuatan laporan. Dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir ini maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dengan menerapkan pengelolaan data dengan sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi akan mempercepat proses pengelolaan data, dapat menghemat waktu kerja, lebih mudah dan efisien, proses pemasukan data lebih cepat dan tersusun rapi, proses pelaporan data dapat dilakukan sewaktu-waktu bila dibutuhkan, program ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan pihak bidan dalam pencarian dan membuat laporan rekam medis pasien dan stok obat yang dilakukan secara cepat dan tepat sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan.
