Abstract
Project Bandung Advance Science and Creative Engineering Space Infrastructure Development Project (Package 3) is a project that has quite a lot of steel fabrication work so that it can cause a lot of uncertainties that are difficult to predict, so a risk analysis is needed. To find out the risks in this project, field surveys, questionnaires and interviews were conducted. In general, the stages in this research can be classified into three, risk identification, risk analysis, and risk response. Identification is done to look for risk factors that are relevant to the project. While the risk analysis is intended to determine several significant risk factors. The method used in this analysis is the Severity Index. The risk response is carried out on the dominant risk variable. Respondents to the questionnaire were several contractor employees from PT. Stahlindo Jaya Perkasa. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the dominant risk of steel fabrication work in the form of being exposed to sparks with a risk index 9, electric shock with a risk index 9, hoist overload and fire / short circuit with a risk index 4, and falling from a height with a risk index 12. Keywords: Steel Fabrication, Risk, Severity Index Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Infrastruktur Bandung Advance Science and Creative Engineering Space (Paket 3) merupakan proyek yang memiliki pekerjaan fabrikasi baja yang cukup banyak sehingga dapat menimbulkan banyak ketidakpastian yang sulit diprediksi, sehingga diperlukan adanya analisis risiko. Untuk mengetahui risiko pada proyek ini dilakukan survey lapangan, kuesioner dan wawancara. Secara umum tahapan pada penelitian ini dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga, yaitu identifikasi risiko, analisa risiko, dan respon risiko. Identifikasi dilakukan untuk mencari faktor-faktor risiko yang relevan pada proyek. Sedangkan analisa risiko ditujukan untuk mengetahui beberapa faktor risiko yang signifikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisa ini adalah Severity Index. Respon risiko dilakukan terhadap variabel risiko yang dominan. Responden kuesioner adalah beberapa pegawai kontraktor dari PT. Stahlindo Jaya Perkasa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan risiko dominan pekerjaan fabrikasi baja berupa terkena percikan api dengan index risiko 9, tersengat listrik dengan index risiko 9, hoist overload dan terbakar / konslet dengan index risiko 4, dan terjatuh dari ketinggian dengan index risiko 12.
