Abstract

The main building design of the Al Jabbar mosque uses full colorful glass façade and aluminum which are supported by iron frame structures. And it is made like scaly zalacca where the surface is not evenly flat from each layer of glass using the Semi Unitized System. The purposes of this research are to determine the installation of Semi Unitized System curtain wall facades in dome building, time requirements using the webcyclone method, and the factors that impact the working time of semi unitized system curtain wall façade using SPSS. WebCyclone is a method by modeling and simulating construction operations, the implementation of work in the field can be analyzed and controlled to ensure that it would be effective and efficient in terms of time. Work on semi unitized curtain wall façade system can be completed in 274 day with an average calculation of the units installed are 22 units per day. The most impact factor on the work time of the semi unitized system curtain wall façade at the Al Jabbar mosque Bandung project is the material factor, it is the delayed delivery of the material. Desain dari bangunan utama Masjid Al Jabbar menggunakan full fasad kaca warna warni dan aluminium yang ditunjang dengan rangka struktur besi oranmen. Dan dibuat seperti buah salak yang bersisik dimana permukaannya tidak sama rata dari tiap lapisan kacanya dengan menggunakan Semi Unitized System. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pemasangan fasad curtain wall Semi Unitized System pada bangunan dome, total kebutuhan waktu dengan menggunakan metode webcyclone, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi waktu pekerjaan fasad curtain wall semi unitized system dengan menggunakan SPSS. WebCyclone adalah sebuah metode dengan memodelkan dan mensimulasikan operasi konstruksi, pelaksanaan pekerjaan dilapangan dapat dianalisa dan dikendalikan untuk memastikan bahwa pelaksanaan perkerjaan tersebut efektif dan efisien dari segi waktu. Pekerjan fasad curtain wall semi unitized system dapat di selesaikan dengan waktu 274 hari dengan rata-rata perhitungan jumlah unit yang terinstal 23 unit per hari. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap waktu pekerjaan fasad curtain wall semi unitized system pada proyek Masjid Al-Jabbar Bandung adalah dari faktor bahan yaitu keterlamabatan pengiriman bahan.
