Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk di Kota Tangerang berdampak pada meningkatnya berbagai kebutuhan dibidang ekonomi salah satunya adalah pasar. Aktivitas pasar ini terutama pada jam operasional secara langsung mengganggu kelancaran lalu lintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya gangguan hambatan samping pada kendaraan ruas Jalan Raden Patah Ciledug, Kota Tangerang yang diakibatkan para pedagang. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia Tahun 1997 dengan cara menghitung volume lalu lintas, kecepatan, hambatan samping, kapasitas, ruas jalan, derajat kejenuhan, evaluasi tingkat pelayanan. Hasil penelitian ini Kondisi parkir dan berhenti kendaraan frekuensi total tipe kejadian tertinggi pada segmen 2 hari senin dengan total tipe kejadian 372 kendaraan/jam. tipe kejadian hambatan samping dan frekuensi hambatan samping tertinggi terjadi disegmen 2 pada hari senin dengan kategori hambatan samping sangat tinggi (VH) yaitu sebesar 916.7 SF/jam, Ruas Jalan Raden Patah Ciledug, Kota Tangerang kondisi lalu lintas antar (mixtraffic) pada wilayah penelitian segmen I memiliki volume lalu lintas sebesar 1070 smp/jam ( pada jam sibuk) dengan kapasitas jalan sebesar 2550 smp/jam maka di peroleh derajat kejenuhan pada ruas jalan segmen I sebesar 0.42 dengan indikator tingkat pelayanan jalan B dan wilayah penelitian segmen II memiliki volume lalu lintas sebesar 1090 smp/jam ( pada jam sibuk) dengan kapasitas jalan sebesar 2550 smp/jam maka di peroleh derajat kejenuhan pada ruas jalan segmen II sebesar 0.43 dengan indicator tingkat pelayanan jalan B. Kata Kunci : Pasar, Hambatan samping, MKJI 1997, Ruas Jalan, Tingkat Pelayanan The increasing population in Kota Tangerang has influenced various needs in the economic sector, one of which is the market. This market activity is mainly during operational hours which disrupt smooth traffic. This study aims to determine the amount of obstruction in the vehicles on Jalan Raden Patah Ciledug, Tangerang City caused by traders. The results of the research are parking conditions and stopping the highest total frequency of incidents in the segment 2 Monday with a total of 372 vehicles / hour. the incidence of side friction and the frequency of side friction that occurred in segment 2 on Monday with the category of very high side friction (VH), amounting to 916.7 SF / hour, Jalan Raden Patah Ciledug, Tangerang City, inter-traffic conditions (mix-traffic) in the research area segment I having a traffic volume of 1070 pcu / hour (during peak hours) with a road capacity of 2550 pcu / hour then the degree of saturation on the segment I road is 0.42 with an indicator of the level of service on road B and the research area segment II has traffic volume traffic amounting to 1090 pcu / hour (during peak hours) with a road capacity of 2550 pcu / hour, the degree of saturation is obtained on the road segment II of 0.43 with an indicator of the service level of road B.
