Abstract

Jakarta is the capital city of Indonesia, which is the center of a fast growing economy. Also the population growth is increasingly dense and creates housing problems, especialy Low Income Comunities. Rusunami can be an alternative to dealing with housing problems in the city of Jakarta, at an affordable price for low income comunities, and healthy housing. The Concept that will be used is Green Architecture and also mutual cooperation where in addition to using good and cheap materials and orientation of the sun, the principle of mutual cooperation from the habits of low income people in horizontal houses is maintained so that this design is hoped to be a solution. Keywoards : Rusunami, Low Income Comunities, Green Architecture, Gotong Royong Jakarta merupakan Ibukota Indonesia, yang menjadi pusat perekonomian dengan pertumbuhan pesat. Juga pertumbuhan penduduk yang kian lama semakin padat dan menimbulkan masalah hunian tinggal, terutama Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR). Rusunami dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif menghadapi permasalahan hunian tinggal di Kota Jakarta, dengan harga yang terjangkau bagi MBR, hunian yang sehat. Konsep yang akan dipakai yakni Arsitektur Hijau dan juga gotong royong dimana selain menggunakan material dan orientasi matahari yang baik dan murah, prinsip gotong royong dari kebiasaan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah di rumah horizontal tetap dipertahankan sehingga perancangan ini di harap menjadi menjadi solusi yang solutif. Kata Kunci : Rusunami, Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah, Arsitektur Hijau, Gotong Royong
