Abstract

Bird cages are handicrafts that have the potential to be developed with a touch of technology, with the help of technology, bird cages can be developed to have several features such as cage cleaners, bird baths, and temperature controllers that can work automatically, with these features it can make it easier for owners to clean the cage. care for and maintain the health of their beloved pets. The design of this tool uses an Arduino Mega as a control center, a DHT 11 sensor, RTC, and a water level sensor as a digital input, at the output there is a stapler motor and a DC 1 pump which functions as a tool for the cage cleaning system (Cleaner), there is also a servo motor. and a dc pump 2 which functions as a tool for the bird bath system (shower), and there are incandescent lamps and fans that are useful as temperature control system tools, then for communication there is an esp 8266 module which is useful as a communication tool between control system tools and devices via IOT . Based on the experimental results, this prototype has 3 systems, namely, the system cleaner system is successful in cleaning the cage by moving the mechanical cleaner to remove dirt into the dirty water reservoir, the shower system system is successful in bathing the birds by removing water from the nozzle and closing the food cover so that the food is not exposed. water, where these two systems can work manually by pressing the on button on the blynk automatically with a timer setting on the blynk, and the temperature control system automatically turns on the fan and incandescent lamp to adjust the temperature of the cage according to the specified set point, this prototype can also perform monitoring and control of the system using Blynk as an IoT platform. Key words: Bird cage, IoT, Temperature, Cleanliness of cages and birds Sangkar burung merupakan kerajinan tangan yang sangat berpotensi untuk di kembangkan dengan sentuhan tekhnologi, dengan bantuan tekhnologi sangkar burung dapat dikembangkan untuk memiliki beberapa feature seperti pembersih kandang, pemandian burung, dan pengatur suhu yang dapat bekerja secara otomatis, dengan adanya feature tersebut dapat memudahkan pemilik dalam memelihara dan menjaga kesehatan hewan kesayangannya. Peracangan alat ini menggunakan arduino mega sebagai pusat control, sensor DHT 11, RTC, dan sensor water level sebagai digital input, pada bagian output terdapat motor stapper dan pompa dc 1 yang berfungsi sebagai alat untuk system pembersih kandang (Cleaner), terdapat juga motor servo dan pompa dc 2 yang berfungsi sebagai alat untuk system pemandian bururng (shower), dan terdapat lampu pijar dan fan yang berguna sebagai alat system pengatur suhu, lalu untuk communication terdapat modul esp 8266 yang berguna sebagai alat komunikasi antara alat system kendali dengan perangkat melalui IOT. Berdasarkan dari hasil percobaan Prototipe ini memiliki 3 sistem yaitu, system cleaner system ini berhasil membersihkan kandang dengan menggerakan mekanikal pembersih untuk membuang kotoran ke penampungan air kotor, system shower system ini berhasil memandikan burung dengan mengeluarkan air dari nozlle dan menutup penutup makanan agar makanan tidak terkena air,dimana kedua system ini dapat bekerja secara manual dengan menekan tombol on pada blynk automatis dengan setting timer pada blynk, dan system pengatur suhu secara otomatis menghidupkan fan dan lampu pijar untuk mengatur suhu sangkar sesuai set point yang di tentukan, prototipe ini pun dapat melakukan monitoring dan control terhadap sistem dengan menggunakan Blynk sebagai platfrom IOT.
