Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja, pengembangan karir dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada Divisi Finance dan Marketing PT. Toyota Astra Motor. Populasi dalam Penelitian ini adalah 129 karyawan. Sampel dilakukan terhadap 98 responden berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah outer model dan inner model menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata kunci: Kepuasan kerja, Pengembangan karir, Komitmen organisasi,Turnover intention This study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, career development and organizational commitment on turnover intention in the finance and marketing division of PT. Toyota Astra Motor. The population in this study were 129 employees. The sample was carried out on 98 respondents based on the Slovin formula. The data analysis performed was the outer model and inner model using Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results of this study indicate that Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Career Development has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention.
