Abstract

The increasing population growth in Indonesia also has an impact on the need for life-supporting facilities and infrastructure such as shelter for shelter. It cannot be denied that the low-income people who are the target of these flats are mostly urbanized communities, namely people who move from villages to cities in search of a better livelihood. This is what encourages the Final Architectural Design to design a Owned Flat with the other aim of making a design concept where architecture mingles and giving influence to support the lives of residents. With the concept of Energy Saving Architecture combined with Green Architecture, it can support the continuity of the life of the people who live in it. A residential facility and other supporting facilities are needed to make the area come alive. Keywords: Energy Saving Architecture, Green Architecture, Owned Flats Meningkatnya pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia berdampak juga pada kebutuhan akan sarana dan prasarana penunjang kehidupan seperti hunain untuk tempat tinggal. Tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah yang menjadi sasaran rumah susun ini sebagian besar adalah masyarakat urbanisasi, yaitu masyarakat yang berpindah dari desa ke kota untuk mencari penghidupan yang lebih baik. Hal tersebut yang mendorong pada Perancangan Arsitektur Akhir ini merancang tentang Rumah Susun Milik dengan tujuan lain membuat sebuah konsep rancangan dimana arsitektur membaur dan memberikan pengaruh untuk menunjang kehidupan penghuni. Dengan adanya konsep Arsitektur Hemat Energi yang dikombinasi dengan Arsitektur Hijau dapat mendukung proses kelangsungan kehidupan masyarakat yang tinggal. Sebuah fasilitas hunian dan fasilitas penunjang lainnya dibutuhkan untuk membuat kawasan menjadi hidup. Kata kunci : Arsitektur Hemat Energi, Arsitektur Hijau, Rumah Susun Milik
