Abstract

Parking activities at one of the largest shopping centers in Tangerang City and its location is in the city center, causing vehicle density to access Tangerang City Mall itself. In addition, there is only one vehicle entrance, which is located at the front of the building. For this reason, Tangerang City Mall requires adequate parking space and good accessibility. This requires land availability and good parking and traffic management. The method used in this research is the observation method. Observation method is a method by conducting a direct survey of the field. This is absolutely necessary to know the actual conditions. The survey method used in this analysis is the method of recording the number of vehicles. The largest accumulation of parking for cars on Monday as many as 466 vehicles occurred between 16:00-16:59 WIB, while for motorbikes on Monday as many as 347 vehicles occurred between 17:00-17:59 WIB. The average duration of vehicle parking is 5 hours 54 minutes for cars and 4 hours 51 minutes for motorbikes. The largest parking index is 66.57% for cars occurring on Monday at 16:00-16:59 WIB and 115.7% for motorbikes occurring on Monday at 17:00-17:59 WIB. The biggest Parking Turn Over is 2 vehicles/SRP/observation time for cars and 4 vehicles/SRP/observation time for motorcycles, and it happened on Sunday. Judging from the analysis of the Jend.Sudirman road section for the survey speed at the peak hours of the afternoon and evening, the level of service or the Level of Service (LOS) is E and requires serious handling to reduce congestion Keyword : Parking volume, parking accumulation, parking index, parking duration and PTO, parking demand, road segments, service level, MKJI 1997 Aktifitas parkir pada salah satu pusat perbelanjaan yang terbesar di Kota Tangerang dan letaknya berada di pusat kota sehingga menyebabkan kepadataan kendaraan untuk akses ke Mall Tangerang City sendiri. Selain itu letak pintu masuk kendaraan hanya ada satu yaitu terletak dibagian Depan gedung. Untuk itu Mall Tangerang City membutuhkan ruang parkir yang memadai serta aksesbilitas yang baik. Hal ini menuntut ketersedian lahan dan pengelolaan manajemen perparkiran dan lalu lintas yang baik. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan cara metode observasi. Metode Observasi adalah metode dengan cara melakukan survey langsung kelapangan. Hal ini mutlak dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi sebenarnya. Adapun metode survey yang dilakukan pada analisis ini adalah, metode pencatatan jumlah kendaraan. Akumulasi parkir terbesar untuk mobil pada hari hari Senin sebanyak 466 kendaraan terjadi antara pukul 16:00-16:59 WIB, sedangkan untuk motor pada hari Senin sebanyak 347 kendaraan terjadi antara pukul 17:00-17:59 WIB. Durasi rata-rata parkir kendaraan adalah 5 jam 54 menit untuk mobil dan 4 jam 51 menit untuk motor. Indeks Parkir terbesar adalah 66,57% untuk mobil terjadi pada hari Senin pukul 16:00-16:59 WIB dan 115,7% untuk motor terjadi pada hari Senin pukul 17:00-17:59 WIB. Parking Turn Over terbesar adalah 2 kendaraan/SRP/waktu pengamatan untuk mobil dan 4 kendaraan/SRP/waktu pengamatan untuk motor, dan itu terjadi pada hari Minggu. Dilihat dari analis Ruas jalan Jend.Sudirman untuk kecepatanan survey di jam puncak siang dan Sore di dapatkan tingkat pelayanan atau Level of Service (LOS) yaitu E dan membutuhkan penanganan serius untuk mengurangi kemacetan Kata Kunci : Volume parkir, Akumulasi parkir, Indeks parkir, Durasi parkir dan PTO, Kebutuhan parkir, Ruas Jalan, Tingkat Pelayanan, MKJI 1997
