Abstract

PT Jaya Beton Indonesia is one of the companies engaged in manufacturing precast concrete in Indonesia. This company was established in 1978 under the auspices of PT. Jaya Development Group Since. The products produced by PT Jaya Beton Indonesi are Precast Concrete / Prefabricated Concrete or often abbreviated as "PC". Some of the products manufactured by PT Jaya Beton Indonesia are PCs. Spun Pile, PC. Square Pile, PC. Spun Pole (Electric Pole), PC. I Girder, PC. Box Girder and several other products. PT Jaya Beton Indonesia uses the Make to Order production method, so it is demanded to produce orders maximally and as efficiently as possible.In this manufacturing company, the preparation of the layout of production facilities greatly affects the production cycle time which in turn will have a major effect on the company's production capacity. for that, the company needs to redesign the layout of the PC production facility. Spun Pile with the best production flow. Based on these problems, the method used is to use the SLP (Systematic Layout Planning) method which functions to produce a layout design for production facilities that minimizes material movement distance and produces a good production flow in PT Jaya Beton Indonesia.Based on the results of the study obtained a reduction in the distance of material flow facility layout by 72.71 meters and an increase in production capacity of 138 cigarettes or 13.44% of the initial layout. Keywords: Facility Layout Design, Cycle Time. Systematic Layout Planning (SLP). PT Jaya Beton Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur beton precast di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini berdiri pada tahun 1978 dibawah naungan PT. Pembangunan Jaya Grup Sejak. Produk yang dihasilkan PT Jaya Beton Indonesi berupa Precast Concrete/Beton Pracetakn atau sering disingkat “PC”. Beberapa produk yang diproduksi oleh PT Jaya Beton Indonesia adalah PC. Spun Pile, PC. Square Pile, PC. Spun Pole (Tiang Listrik), PC. I Girder, PC. Box Girder dan beberapa produk lainya. PT Jaya Beton Indonesia menggunakan metode produksi Make to Order , sehingga dituntut memproduksi pesanan secara maksimal dan seefisien munkin.Dalam perusahaan menufaktur ini, penyusunan tata letak fasilitas produksi sangat berpengaruh terhadap cycle time produksi yang selanjutnya akan berpengaruh besar terhadap kapasitas produksi perusahaan. untuk itu, perusahaan perlu melakukan perancangan ulang layout pada fasilitas produksi PC. Spun Pile dengan aliran produksi yang terbaik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode SLP (Systematic Layout Planning) yang berfungsi untuk menghasilkan rancangan tata letak fasilitas produksi yang meminimukan jarak perpindahkan material dan menghasilkan aliran produksi yang baik di PT Jaya Beton Indonesia.(Hartiwo & Rimawan, n.d.) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh pengurangan jarak tempuh aliran material tata letak fasilitas sebesar 72,71 meter dan peningkatan kapasitas produksi sebesar 138 batang atau sebesar 13,44% dari tata letak awal. Kata kunci : Perancangan Tata Letak Fasilitas, Cycle Time. Systematic Layout Planning (SLP).
