Abstract
Urban transport saat ini memiliki peran yang sangat penting atau krusial karena merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat mendukung berlangsungnya perekonomian. Salah satu moda transportasi di Jabodetabek dengan jumlah peminat yang sangat tinggi adalah Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL). Dalam operasional KRL terdapat potensi terjadinya gangguan teknis yang dapat menghambat perjalanan ataupun membahayakan keselamatan. Identifikasi faktor penyebab gangguan teknis dianalisis dengan menggunakan metodologi DMAIC untuk mendapatkan risk priority number sedangkan penerapan desain reliability centered maintenance (RCM) digunakan untuk menentukan aktifitas perawatan pada penyebab gangguan teknis. Perawatan dan pemeriksaan sarana KRL saat ini dilaksanakan secara periodik namun tidak sepenuhnya dapat mengatasi terjadinya gangguan teknis, Tahun 2020 ketersediaan sarana sempat berada di bawah standar ketetapan manajemen yang diakibatkan oleh adanya gangguan teknis, analisa FMEA menunjukan RPN tertinggi tejadi pada kategori sistem propulsi traksi, khususnya pada komponen traction controller, pemilihan aktifitas perawatan pada penyebab gangguan ini menggunakan metode on-condition monitoring karena berhubungan langsung dengan keselamatan dan kegagalan operasional, selain itu dari sisi potensial failure sangat memungkinkan untuk menerapkan remote condition monitoring untuk memantau kondisi komponen sarana dan juga untuk menghindari kesalahan inspeksi oleh tenaga perawat atau pemeriksa, pada akhirnya perawatan periodik dapat berjalan efektif karena modus kegagalan pada masing – masing komponen telah diketahui. Urban transportation currently has a very important or crucial role because it is one of the factors that strongly support the ongoing economy. One of the transportation modes that is currently had a very high demand in Greater Jakarta is Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL). In operation of KRL, there is potential of technical failure that made operational delay and also passenger safety. The identification of technical failure causes was analyzed by DMAIC methodology to obtain a risk priority number (RPN) while the application of design reliability centered maintenance (RCM) was used to determine maintenance activities for each cause of technical failure. Currently, maintenance and inspection of rolling stock implemented based on periodically but cannot overcome the occurrence of technical failures effectively, in 2020 the availability of rolling stock was below the standard management provisions caused by technical failure, FMEA analysis was found the highest RPN occurred in category of the traction propulsion system, especially the traction controller component, the maintenance activities selection of this technical failure is using on-condition monitoring method because it is directly effect to safety and operational failures, and also has potential failures that possible to be integrated with information technological developments, remote condition monitoring is used to monitor the condition of rolling stock components during operation and also to avoid inspection errors by maintenance user, finally operational of periodic maintenance can be done effectively because failure mode of each component has been known.
