Abstract

Comic have become a way for many creator to pour their heart and passion and share it with many people. And lately, online comic or webcomic (webtoon) have been popular among many gadget users. With so many people right now indulging themselves in comic intertainment, it has become a platform as well for creator to raise awareness for global problems. Such as, trash. Trash is everywhere. If one live in a big city, for a moment it may seem like it looked clean. But if you look closer you will see that many people still throw their waste and garbage without a care. This had been a long time problems, especially in Jakarta. This comic will bring to light all that problems and hopefully raise people’s awareness using satire humour in comic The Werepup. Keyword : Webtoon, Trash, City Komik telah menjadi cara bagi banyak pencipta untuk mencurahkan hati dan hasrat mereka dan membagikannya kepada banyak orang. Akhirakhir ini, komik online atau webcomic (webtoon) telah populer di kalangan banyak pengguna gadget. Dengan begitu banyak orang saat ini memanjakan diri mereka dalam komik, hal ini menjadi platform bagi pencipta untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan masalah global. Seperti, sampah. Sampah ada di mana-mana. Jika seseorang tinggal di kota besar, mungkin sesaat terlihat bersih. Tetapi jika dilihat lebih dekat, dapat terlihat bahwa banyak orang masih membuang sampah tanpa peduli. Ini sudah lama menjadi masalah, terutama di Jakarta. Komik ini akan mengangkat semua masalah itu dan mudah-mudahan meningkatkan kesadaran orang menggunakan humor sindiran dalam komik The Werepup.
