Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets, Total Asset Turn Over and Financial Levearge on Earning Per Share in the construction and building sub sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015 - 2018. This study uses a causal research design and sample selection methods in This research is purposive sampling, so that the samples used are 9 company construction and building sub-sectors that already meet the research criteria. The method of data analysis uses panel data regression analysis with Eviews 9 software rocks and by using the right model in the study is the Fixed Effect model. The results of this study indicate that the variable return on assets has a significant effect on Earning Per Share in the construction and building sub-sectors, while the variable total asset turnover and financial leverage have no effect on Earning Per Share. Keywords: Return On Assets, Total Asset Turn Over, Financial Leverage, Earning Per Share Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Asset, Total Asset Turn Over dan Financial Levearge terhadap Earning Per Share pada sub sektor kontruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2015 – 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kausal dan metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 9 perusahaan sub sektor kontruksi dan bangunan yang sudah memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan batuan software Eviews 9 dan dengan menggunakan model yang tepat pada penelitian adalah Fixed Effect model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel return on asset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Earning Per Share pada sub sektor kontruksi dan bangunan, sedangkan untuk variabel total asset turn over dan financial leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap Earning Per Share.
