Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of capital structure (DER), profitability (ROE) and liquidity (CR) on the value of the company (PBV). The object of this research is pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Sample in this study as many as 45 data with causal research design using statistical tests. The data collection method used in this study is taken from the company's financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) website. Data analysis methods using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis Data Panel). The result of testing the hypothesis that capital structure (DER) has an effect on firm value (PBV), profitability (ROE) has an effect on firm value (PBV), and liquidity (CR) has no effect on firm value (PBV). Keywords: Capital Structure, Profitability, Liquidity, Company Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal (DER), profitabilitas (ROE) dan likuuiditas (CR) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2019. Sample pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 data dengan desain penelitian kausal menggunakan uji statistik. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari data laporan keuangan perusahaan yang di peroleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id). Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif dan Analisa Inferensial atau Regresi Berganda Data Panel. Hasil pengujian hipotesis struktur modal (DER) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), profitabilitas (ROE) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), dan likuiditas (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV).
