Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on equity on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The population in this study were all food and beverage companies. There are 30 beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used for the study amounted to 15 companies that consistently released financial statements on the IDX during the 2016 – 2020 period. Sampling used the purposive sampling method. This type of research is causal research, namely to examine the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on equity on stock prices. The data source used in this study is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2020. The data analysis method uses panel data regression analysis using Eviews 9 software. Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Equity and stock prices. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh current ratio, debt to equity ratio dan return on equity terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016 – 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian berjumlah 15 perusahaan yang konsisten merilis laporan keuangan di BEI selama periode 2016 – 2020. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh current ratio, debt to equity ratio dan return on equity terhadap harga saham. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016 – 2020. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software Eviews 9. Kata kunci: Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE) dan harga saham.
