Abstract
Usaha kecil sebagai bagian dari UMKM mempunyai permasalahan terhadap akses keuangan dan keterbatasan aset fisik lainnya, sehingga peranan aset yang tidak terlihat dalam bentuk modal intelektual menjadi lebih berperan penting terkait pencapaian dan keberlanjutan kinerja usahanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Model Human Capital Management (HCM) terkait kinerja usaha kecil khususnya disektor pengolahan makanan, Metoda penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan metode ANP (Analytical Network Process). Expert atau informan kunci berasal dari kalangan regulator atau pemerintah, akademisi, pelaku usaha serta asosiasi UMKM dan mengambil lokasi di Kab Bandung Barat, Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa konstruksi dan rangking prioritas model HCM adalah Intellectual (Human) Capital, Structural Capital, Social Capital dan terakhir Customer Capital. Sedangkan secara keseluruhan elemen yang berjumlah 14 prioritasnya adalah terkait sikap, proses kerja, kualiatas produk yang dihasilkan, Intra Social, Pengetahuan, Relationship dengan pelanggan, intersocial, Keterampilan, Citra atau image, Social Innovation, teknologi, loyalitas pelanggan, hasil Inovasi organisasi, dan kecerdasan lain. Temuan ini menjadi acuan prioritas pengembangan kebijakan atau strategi Human Capital Management-nya. Kata Kunci: Human Capital Management, Human Capital, Structural Capital, Social Capital, Customer Capital, Kinerja Usaha, Usaha Kecil, UMKM. Small businesses as part of MSMEs have problems with access to finance and limitations of other physical assets, so that the role of invisible assets in the form of intellectual capital becomes more important in terms of achieving and sustaining business performance. This study aims to analyze the Human Capital Management (HCM) Model related to the performance of small businesses, especially in the food processing sector, research methods and data analysis using the ANP (Analytical Network Process) method. Experts or key informants who come from regulators or the government, academics, business actors and MSME associations and are located in West Bandung Regency, Indonesia. The results of the study found that the construction and priority ranking of the HCM model were Intellectual (Human) Capital, Structural Capital, Social Capital and lastly Customer Capital. While the overall elements that include 14 priorities are attitudes, work processes, product quality, Intra Social, Knowledge, Relationships with customers, Intersocial, Skills, Image or image, Social Innovation, technology, customer loyalty, organizational innovation results, and intelligence. other.
