Abstract
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a paradigm shift that has many benefits, not only for those engaged in building construction but also for the wider community. The benefits of BIM include a more integrated design and construction process, resulting in better quality buildings, lower costs and lower duration. However, to master BIM in Indonesia, many factors have not been achieved. This study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to get the constraint factors for the readiness of using BIM in Indonesia which consists of 3 criteria in which there are 19 sub-criteria. There are 5 (five) experts who have competence in the field of building Information Modeling with at least 10 years of experience carried out the assessment. The results of expert research show that the most dominant factors on readiness of using BIM are Maturity in Understanding BIM. Keywords : Building Information Modelling (BIM), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Construction Projects Building Information Modelling (BIM) merupakan perubahan paradigma yang memiliki banyak manfaat, tidak hanya untuk mereka yang bergerak dalam bidang konstruksi bangunan tetapi juga untuk masyarakat yang lebih luas. Manfaat dari BIM antara lain, desain dan proses konstruksi yang lebih terintegrasi, menghasilkan bangunan dengan kualitas yang lebih baik, biaya lebih rendah dan mengurangi duarsi, namun untuk mengusai BIM di Indonesia banyak faktor-faktor yang belum tercapai. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analytical Process Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mendapatkan faktor-faktor kendala kesiapan pengguna BIM di Indonesia yang terdiri dari 3 Kriteria didalamnya ada 19 Subkriteria. Penilaian dilakukan oleh 5 (lima) orang pakar yang mempunyai komptensi di bidang building Information Modelling dengan pengalaman minimal 10 tahun. Hasil penelitian pakar dalam mendapatkan penilaian faktor-faktor kesiapan penggunaan BIM yang paling dominan adalah Kematangan dalam Pemahaman BIM.
