Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Pengaruh Penambahan Fly Ash dan Serbuk Kaca Terhadap Kuat Tekan Beton, Nama : Sandi Indratama , NIM : 4118310099, Dosen Pembimbing : Agung Sumarno,ST, MT, 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pemanfaatan limbah fly ash dan Serbuk kaca terhadap kuat tekan beton, Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian dengan pemakaian limbah fly ash dan Serbuk kaca dengan variasi limbah fly ash 9% dan 7% variasi Serbuk kaca 7% dan 5% pada umur 7 hari, 14 hari, dan 28 hari . untuk benda uji yang digunakan berukuran dengan diameter 10 cm dan tinggi 20 cm sebanyak 36 buah sampel uji dengan membuat pervariasi hari sebanyak 3 sample benda uji, Setelah dilakukan uji kuat tekan beton, maka kuat tekan beton karakteristik pada penambahan fly ash 7% dan serbuk kaca 5% didapat nilai kuat tekan maksimum pada umur 7 hari sebesar 23,35 Mpa, Umur 14 hari 28,93 Mpa, Umur 28 hari 33,85 Mpa. Hasil tersebut melebihi nilai kuat tekan karakteristik beton normal dan menunjukan bahwa fly ash dan serbuk kaca meningkat kuat tekan beton. Terjadi pengaruh yang kuat dari penambahan fly ash dab serbuk kaca dengan variasi penambahan dan umur beton tertentu Keywords : Limbah Fly Ash, Kaca, Alternatif, Beton, Kuat Tekan ABSTRACT Title: The Effect of The Addition of Fly Ash and Glass Powder on the Compressive Strength of Concrete, Name: Sandi Indratama, NIM: 4118310099, Supervisor: Agung Sumarno, ST, MT, 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the utilization of fly ash waste and glass powder on the compressive strength of concrete, in this study, testing was carried out with the use of fly ash waste and glass powder with a variation of fly ash waste of 9% and 7% variation of glass powder 7% and 5% at the age of 7 days, 14 days, and 28 days. for the test object used measuring with a diameter of 10 cm and a height of 20 cm as many as 36 test samples by making a day variation of 3 samples of the test object, After testing the compressive strength of concrete, the characteristic concrete compressive strength at the addition of fly ash 7% and glass powder 5% obtained the maximum compressive strength value at the age of 7 days of 23.35 Mpa, Age 14 days 28.93 Mpa, Age 28 days 33.85 Mpa. The result exceeds the compressive strength value of normal concrete characteristics and shows that fly ash and glass powder increase the compressive strength of the concrete.
