Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Komparasi Perancangan Perkerasan Kaku Menggunakan MDPJ 2017 Dan AASHTO 1993 Pada Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera Ruas Pekanbaru – Dumai Seksi 4A, Nama : Jihad Ksatria Aprilium, Nim : 41118210037, Dosen Pembimbing : Ir. Muhammad Isradi, ST., MT., IPM., 2021 Jalan Tol Pekanbaru – Dumai merupakan bagian dari salah satu jalan Tol Trans Sumatera. Dengan adanya jalan tol tersebut berfungsi untuk mempersingkat jalur transportasi darat diwilayah sumatera dan pengembangan wilayahnya. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang tebal perkerasan kaku beserta anggaran biaya. Perancangan tebal perkerasan kaku menggunakan metode Bina Marga 2017 dan AASHTO 1993. Data yang digunakan untuk perancangan perkerasan pada Ruas Jalan Tol Pekanbaru – Dumai, seperti data volume lalu lintas harian rata – rata (VLHR), daya dukung tanah, dan karakteristik material. Setelah data didapat semua, lalu dapat diolah untuk mendapatkan tebal perkerasan. Selanjutnya dapat dihitung anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan dengan mengacu pada harga satuan Provinsi Riau. Dari hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan mengenai tebal perkerasan kaku jenis perkerasan beton semen bersambung tanpa tulangan untuk umur rencana 40 tahun, menggunakan metode Bina Marga 2017 didapatkan tebal perkerasan kaku 30,5 cm dilengkapi dengan dowel berdiameter 38 mm, panjang 450 mm, dan jarak antar dowel 300 mm, serta menggunakan sambungan tie bar berdiameter 16 mm, panjang 650 mm, dengan jarak antar tie bar 600 mm dan dengan menggunakan metode AASHTO 1993 diperoleh tebal pelat beton 26 cm dilengkapi dengan dowel berdiameter 32 mm, panjang 450 mm dan jarak antar dowel 300 mm, serta menggunakan sambung tie bar berdiameter 16 mm, panjang 650 mm, dengan jarak antar tie bar 800 mm. Dari hasil analisa biaya pada perkerasan kaku untuk panjang jalan 2000 m dan lebar jalan 7 m sebesar Rp 11.215.062.210 untuk metode Bina Marga 2017 dan Rp 9.878.866.585 untuk metode AASHTO 1993. Muhammad Isradi, ST., MT., IPM., 2021 Pekanbaru – Dumai Toll Road is part of one of the Trans Sumatra toll roads. With the existence of the toll road, it serves to shorten land transportation routes in the Sumatra region and develop its territory. This final project aims to design rigid pavement thickness along with the cost budget. Design of rigid pavement thickness using Bina Marga 2017 and AASHTO 1993 methods. The data used for pavement design on the Pekanbaru – Dumai Toll Road, such as data on average daily traffic volume (VLHR), soil bearing capacity, and material characteristics. After all the data is obtained, then it can be processed to get the thickness of the pavement. Furthermore, the required budget can be calculated by referring to the unit price of the Riau Province. From the results of calculations carried out regarding the thickness of rigid cement concrete pavement without reinforcement for a design life of 40 years, using the Bina Marga 2017 method, the rigid pavement thickness is 30.5 cm, equipped with dowels with a diameter of 38 mm, a length of 450 mm, and the distance between the dowels. 300 mm, and using a tie bar connection with a diameter of 16 mm, a length of 650 mm, with a distance between tie bars of 600 mm and using the AASHTO 1993 method, the concrete slab thickness is 26 cm, equipped with dowels with a diameter of 32 mm, a length of 450 mm and a distance between dowels of 300 mm, and using tie bar connections with a diameter of 16 mm, a length of 650 mm, with a distance between tie bars of 800 mm. From the results of the cost analysis on rigid pavement for a road length of 2000 m and a road width of 7 m, it is IDR 11,215,062,210 for the 2017 Bina Marga method and IDR 9,878,866,585 for the 1993 AASHTO method.
