Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Pegaruh Resin Sebagai Pengganti Semen Polimer dan Keramik Sebagai Substitusi Agregat Halus Pada Beton Mutu Tinggi, Nama Griff Greucenzky, NIM : 41118210021, Dosen Pembimbing : Agung Sumarno,ST, MT, 2022. Infrastruktur adalah seluruh struktur maupun fasilitas dasar yang diperlukan masyarakat guna mendukung berbagai aktivitas masyarakat dalam kehidupan sehari hari. Infrastruktur terdiri atas fasilitas teknik, fisik, sistem, perangkat keras dan lunak yang diperlukan untuk melakukan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan mendukung jaringan struktur agar pertumbuhan ekonomi dan sosial masyarakat dapat berjalan dengan baik. Beton merupakan bahan yang terbentuk dari material hasil tambang, oleh karena itu beton memiliki dampak terhadap lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan SNI 7656;2012 sebagai acuan. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan membuat 27 sample beton ukuran 15 x 30 cm, 9 sample beton polimer variasi 15% keramik, 9 beton polimer variasi 17% keramik, dan 9 beton konvensional sebagai pembanding. Beton polimer memiliki hasil kuat tekan sebesar 31, 53 Mpa untuk variasi 15% keramik, dan memiliki kuat tekan terbesar sebesar 32, 22 Mpa untuk variasi 17%. Kuat tekan beton polimer variasi15% lebih kuat 5, 69% dibandingkan beton normal, sedangkan beton polimer variasi17% lebih tinggi 11, 36% dibandingkan beton normal Kata Kunci : Resin, Beton Polimer, Limbah Keramik ABSTRAK Judul : The Impact Of Resin As A Substitute For Cement Polymer And Ceramic As A Substitution Of Fine Aggregate In High- Quality Concrete, Name :Griff Greucenzky, NIM : 41118210021, Supervisor : Agung Sumarno,ST, MT, 2022. Infrastructure is the entire structure and basic facilities needed by the community to support various community activities in daily life. The infrastructure consistant of technical facilities, physical, systems, hardware, and software needed to provide services to the community and support the network structure so that the economic and social growth of the community can run well. Concrete is a material that is formed from mining products, therefore concrete has an impact on the environment. The research method used is an experiment using SNI 7656;2012 as a reference. This test was carried out by making 27 concrete samples measuring 15 x 30 cm, 9 samplees of polymer concrete with 15% ceramic variation, 9 polymer concrete with 17% ceramic variation, and 9 conventional concrete as comparisons. Polymer concrete has a compressive strength of 31.53 Mpa for the 15% ceramic variation and has the highest compressive strength of 32.22 Mpa for the 17% variation. The compressive strength of polymer concrete with a variation of 15% is 5.69% stonger than normal concrete, while polymer concrete with a variation 17% is 11.36% higher than normal concrete.
