Abstract

ABSTRAK Analisis Faktor Penyebab Keterlambatan Proyek ABC Ditinjau Berdasarkan Produktivitas Kerja, Zahra Nurlabibah, 41118210010, Patricia Kanicia Djawu, ST., MT., 2021. Pemerintah tengah melakukan upaya dalam rangka mendorong investasi untuk beragam sektor terkait infrastruktur dengan tujuan peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, salah satunya adalah konstruksi dengan tema Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Proyek ABC Jakarta Timur mengusung konsep TOD, namun dalam pelaksanaannya terjadi keterlambatan durasi penyelesaian proyek kerena turunnya produktivitas kerja yang disebabkan oleh pandemic covid – 19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling mempengaruhi turunnya produktivitas kerja serta memberikan saran untuk mengelola faktor tersebut sehingga proyek dapat berjalan sesuai dengan waktu rencana. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pihak terkait. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 tahap kuesioner dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25 dalam uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta analisis data dengan analisis importance index (II). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapatnya 5 faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi penurunan produktivitas kerja pada Proyek ABC Jakarta Timur, diantaranya terlambatnya pengiriman peralatan ke lokasi proyek (63,93%), terlambatnya waktu pemesanan (61,23%), keterlambatan kedatangan material (60,73%), ketersediaan keuangan selama pekerjaan (60,27%), dan kekurangan material (59,92%). ABSTRACT Analysis of the Factors causing Project Delays ABC Based on the Work Productivity, Zahra Nurlabibah, 41118210010, Patricia Kanicia Djawu, ST., MT., 2021. The government is making efforts in order to encourage investment for a diverse range of sectors related to infrastructure with the goal of increased economic growth in Indonesia, one of which is the construction with the theme of Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Project ABC Jakarta Timur brought the concept of TOD, but in practice the delay occurs, the duration of the completion of the project because of the decline in labor productivity caused by the pandemic covid – 19. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that most affect the decline in work productivity as well as give advice to manage those factors so that the project can be run in accordance with the time plan. In this study the authors used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to related parties. This study uses a 3 stage questionnaire using SPSS software version 25 in a test of validity and reliability as well as data analysis with the analysis of the importance index (II). The results of this study is the presence of the 5 dominant factors that affect the decline in the productivity of labor on the Project ABC Jakarta Timur, including delay in delivery of the equipment to the project site (63,93%), the delay time of booking (61,23%), delay in the arrival of materials (60,73%), the availability of finance for the work (60,27%), and lack of material (59,92%).
