Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : ANALISIS SAMBUNGAN END PLATE NON SEISMIC PADA BANGUNAN INDUSTRI (Studi Kasus : Pt. Pratama Abadi Industri, Tangerang, Banten), Nama : Farhan Zabidi, Nim : 41117320078, Dosen Pembimbing : Donald Essen, ST, MT. 2022. Sambungan balok kolom merupakan sambungan yang perilakunya sangat mempengaruhi keseluruhan sistem struktur. Perilaku sambungan yang terjadi berada diantara sambungan kolom dengan rafter. Peningkatan ukuran tebal end-plate meningkatkan daya dukung sambungan sekitar 40 KN-m per mm, untuk peningkatan ukuran diameter baut meningkatkan daya dukung sekitar 26 KN-m per mm. Dengan demikian, diameter baut meningkatkan momen ultimate dan kapasitas rotasi sambungan secara signifikan. Peningkatan tebal end-plate meningkatkan momen ultimate dan kapasitas rotasi namun pada batas ketebalan tertentu, momen ultimate dan kapasitas rotasi menurun diakibatkan oleh kegagalan pada baut sementara kondisi endplate belum mencapai titik leleh. sambungan tipe flush end-plate biasanya digunakan untuk struktur rangka yang menerima beban lateral yang ringan atau biasanya digunakan pada sambungan gable frame. The beam-column connection is a connection whose behavior greatly affects the entire structural system. The connection behavior that occurs is between the rafter connection and the column. An increase in the size of the end-plate thickness increases the bearing capacity of the joint by about 40 KN-m per mm, for an increase in the diameter of the bolt increases the bearing capacity by about 26 KN-m per mm. Thus, the bolt diameter significantly increases the ultimate moment and rotational capacity of the joint. The increase in end-plate thickness increases the ultimate moment and rotational capacity but at a certain thickness limit, the ultimate moment and rotational capacity decrease due to failure of the bolt, while the endplate condition has not yet reached the yield point. Flush end-plate type joints are usually used for frame structures that receive light lateral loads or are usually used in gable frame connections.
