Abstract

ABSTRAK Collapse in building construction often occurs due to foundations that are not able to withstand the working load. To avoid this, the foundation must be designed to be able to withstand the working load. Writing this final project aims to analyze the pile foundation in terms of implementation costs so that it can be ensured that the construction is in a safe condition. the cost of the diesel hammer driving tool. By knowing the process of implementing foundation work in the field, collecting the required data and reviewing the literature, the analysis stage can be carried out. The analysis is carried out using qualitative and qualitative data in the form of a Budget Plan and other project data that leads to a detailed budget. From the results of the cost analysis carried out, it can be concluded that in general the use of the hydraulic static pile driver tool is quite prioritized, but considerations for the diesel hammer piling tool must also be considered. The difference in implementation costs of the two tools being tested is 0.04% or Rp. 229,920,000 from the total contract as a whole, it is more expensive to use HSPD piling tools. ABSTRAK Keruntuhan pada konstruksi bangunan sering kali terjadi akibat pondasi yang tidak mampu menahan beban yang bekerja. Untuk menghindari hal tersebut, pondasiharus direncanakan mampu menahan beban yang bekerja. Penulisan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pondasi tiang dari segi biaya pelaksanaan Sehingga dapat dipastikan bahwa konstruksi tersebut dalam kondisi aman. Untuk dapat menganalisis biaya pelaksanaan pada pekerjaan pembangunan Mall Living World kota wisata Cibubur digunakan Alat pancang hidroulic static pile driver (HSPD) dengan membandingkan Analisis biaya dari alat pancang diesel hammer. Dengan mengetahui proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan pondasi di lapangan, mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan dan tinjauan literatur, tahap analisisdapat dilakukan. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan data Kualitatif dan kualitatif berupa Rencana Anggaran Biaya.dan data proyek lainnya yang menjurus ke arah rincian anggaran biaya. Dari hasil analisis Biaya yang dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa secara garis besar penggunaan Alat Hidroulic static pile driver ini cukup diutamakan, tetapi pertimbangan terhadap alat pancang diesel hammer juga harus di pertimbangkan. Selisih Biaya pelaksaan dari kedua alat yang di uji yaitu 0,04 % atau Rp229.920.000 dari total kontrak secara keseluruhan lebih mahal penggunaan Alat pancang HSPD.
